CHAPTER - 20

ARIYA

I heard the sounds of gunshots and so does Arjun but he ignored it and tried kissing me again just then the door burst opened and I heard a roar. I knew who it was just by his smell.

"GET THE FUCK OFF MY WIFE" He yelled at the top of his lungs.

I moved my head to look in his direction. There stand my Veer, His eyes were blood shot, messy hair, face red because of anger, clenched jaw, bandages wrapped around his hand, neck, holding gun tightly in his right arm while the left arm was holding a blade.

He looked like a serial killer but at that moment he was my saviour. I didn't care if he killed people or going to kill more. I just know he's here to save me from this monster.

"I SAID GET THE FUCK OFF MY WIFE, I DONT WANT YOUR DISGUSTING BLOOD DRIPPING ON HER BODY" He said with voice filled with anger and rage.

"So you came huh. See your wife, lying beneath me almost naked. I already roamed my hands all over her you know. I was just getting prepared to have her just like Zara" Arjun said smirking.

I can hear Veer's breathing from here, he's fuming with rage and his veins are going to pop out of his skin.

Arjun got off me and took his gun from the side table, I didn't even knew it was laying their. He un-cuffed my ankles and made me sit on the bed before pressing his gun at the back of my head.

"GET THAT AWAY FROM HER ARJUN. I SWEAR TO GOD I WILL RIP EACH AND EVERY ORGAN IN YOUR BODY WITH MY HANDS IF YOU DO SOMETHING TO HER" Veer yelled at him but he didn't even flinched.

"Tsk tsk tsk, I don't care what you do to me after I kill her. I know once she dies, you will kill me or you can be on your knees and beg to me" Arjun said to Abhir

I was looking at Veer continuously, when he looked at me. I gave him a smile and nodded my head, he understood my sign but shook his head negatively.

I want him to shoot Arjun, I don't care if I get blood on me I'll wash it out but I don't want Veer on his knees for anyone even after I die.

"Look at me Abhir, you failed once again. I killed your girlfriend and now I'm gonna kill your wife. It's sad that I didn't got the chance to satisfy my need with her. she's a special one yk, I also have my personal problems with her if she told you what I promised her" Arjun looked at me and then at Abhir who was looking at Arjun with narrowed eyes.

If looks could kill, Arjun would be dead by now. I stayed silent and just listened to them waiting for the right time to use my self defense skills, as now my hands and legs are free I can easily take him down once he take his gun away a little.

"I promised her to make her bleed from between her legs, but now I'll make her bleed from her head, sorry beautiful I'll have to break my promise" he whispered the last part in my ear loud enough foe Veer to hear it too.

His gun was not exactly against my head now so I took the chance and wrapped my hand around his neck from behind and elbowed him in stomach from other hand.

Just then Veer came and started punching him in face furiously. His face was covered with blood after few minutes and Veer got up, kicking his stomach harshly.

"Vee-er" I sobbed , my voice came out almost as a whisper.

He turned around his face softened and he rushed towards me hugging me tightly. I leaned into his chest and cried holding his shirt tightly.

"Shh..baby, I am here now. I'll make everything okay. Please jaan stop crying it hurts me seeing you in this condition Riya" he cupped my face as he pull me back from the hug.
