CHAPTER - 22

ARIYA

"Ariya bhabhi, Veer bhai, - bhabi come urgently please" before I can ask anything he hunged up.

WTH!! What happened to Veer and why did Ahaan called me from his phone. When did he even came back.

I rushed towards Maya Chachi's office but got to know that she left an hour ago.

'SHIT, I don't have my car'

I was about to call the cab when Veer's driver stopped the car right in front of me.

"Ma'am get in please" before he could say anything else I rushed in and asked him to move.

He told me that Veer is back at house and Maa sent him to bring me.

He stopped the car in front of the mansion and I ran inside with all my capability.

When I stepped inside everything was dark. Not even a single light was on . Weird.

"VEER" I yelled but no response

"Maa, Baba, Chachi, chac-" before I can continue the lights came back and I gasped at what was in front of me.

Whole mansion was decorated with lights and flowers. And everyone was cheering and clapping.

I looked at all of them with teary eyes, everyone was here including my family and this time it wasn't only my mom dad but there're my grandparents, uncle aunty and my whole family with their children.

On the opposite side of my family, there's Veer's family standing with broad smiles on their faces.

I felt two warm hands around my waist and a rock hard yet beautiful body pressed against my back and I know it was my husband just by his cologne.

"Baby, I'm so proud of you" He said kissing my cheek , not caring about our families standing in front of us.

"Veer, everyone's looking" I whispered loud enough for only him to hear

"So?"

"So leave me"

"And why will I do that?"

"So I can go and meet them"

"That's a valid point" he chuckled and got off me.

I shook my head laughing and made my way towards everyone.

I hugged everyone and took blessings from everyone.

"Ahaan, tmhein tw mein batati hn. Aaj tmne meri jaan nikal di" I twisted his ear while he whined making everyone laugh

(Translation- Ahan, you scared the life out of me today)

"Bha-bhi, Bhai ne kaha tha" he said gasping

(Translation- Bhabhi, Bro told me to do it)

"Acha jee, apke bhai ko bh dekhti hn mein" I said looking at Veer and he gave me a sheepish smile.

(Translation- I'll see your brother later)

Ahaan ran and I went to stand beside Veer.

"Baby, I only did that to surprise you" he lowered himself so he can be levelled with my ear.

I hummed and nodded, giving him a slight Idea that he's in trouble.

Not that I'm really mad at him, I'll just tease him.

After everyone had their dinner, we all went to our rooms. My family is staying in the guest rooms on the other side of mansion. I was so happy that I finally met them after so many months.
