INTO THE MARSHES [AU 2]

Prologue.

A half moon glowed on smooth granite boulders, turning them sleek silver. The silence had been only broken by the ripple of the water from the swift black river along with the whispers of the forest beyond. A stirring upon the shadows, From the lith dark crept slealthily over the rocks. Unsheathed claws glinted in the moonlight, Wary sights flashed like amber. after a few seconds of hiss warnings. silence was back, but broken by leaps of the creatures. The rocks had wrestling screeching cats. At the center of the frenzy of fur and claws. A large dark tabby pinned down a bracken colored tom to the ground and drew up his head triumphantly ''Oakheart!'' the tabby tom hissed enraged ''How dare you hunt in our territory! The sunningrocks belong to thunderclan you otter!'' Whispers went by as the bracken-colored tom spat back ''After tonight, Tigerclaw, This will just be another riverclan hunting ground!'' The tom grinned as A warning yowl came from the shore ''Look out! More Riverclan warriors are coming!'' tigerclaw hissed. clawing oakheart's face. redtail yowled ''THUNDERCLAN! WE MUST RETREAT.'' oakheart snickered. flicking his tail as he kicked off tigerclaw. tigerclaw hissed, shoving oakheart's face down to the ground. redtail turned to tigerclaw ''THUNDERCLAN. RETREA-'' ''NO!'' hissed tigerclaw ''THIS IS THUNDERCLAN'S TERRITORY!.'' Tigerclaw ran after oakheart, redtail therefore sighed ''Thunderclan honors your courage and determention. but we cant afford to lose even more warriors!'' tigerclaw rolled his eyes as thunderclan cats would retreat away. oakheart grinned but tigerclaw yowled ''YOU MAY HAVE WON THIS TIME! BUT THIS IS THUNDERCLAN'S TERRITORY! AND YOU WONT WIN NEXT TIME!'' he growled after yowling, following redtail, a shuffle in the bushes was heard, a sharp yowl and screech. what happened?.. a short black pelt flashed, running across the forest..
