Willow
I pull away from Brayden as I hear a loud snarling which continues to grow louder inside the trees in front of us pointing in the direction towards the voices I was about to go follow. The snarl sounded odd unlike any other ones I have heard before, but something about it felt familiar. Standing next to Brayden I listen closely, stepping a few steps in front of where I was before. The voices almost dissipate as I watch the tree's limbs sway away from us, sounding as if they were moving away from where they originally were at a significant speed.
What the hell? No one moves that fast. I feel a shift in my being as my wolf instincts kick in and adrenaline starts coursing through my veins. The trees behind us in the opposite direction of the noise do not sway like the others had when those creating the noise in the forest left in that direction. I turn to look at Brayden and immediately lose my breath. We were standing in somewhat of an open area but still surrounded by a sea of trees. A vision taking over me as I feel myself falling.
The last thing I heard is Brayden frantically moving to catch me and talking to me softly, "Willow, what's happening?
-----⧪-----
Fast blurs approached me and swarmed me creating no room for me to move. I seem to be in the Wayland pack territory standing near the cottage we slept at last night. Fast beings running so fast they almost float coming towards me with screams floating in the air all around me. The screams were loud and the yipes even louder. I cover my ears to try and drown it out. War all around me and fires rampage on cottages nearby that I know no longer stand today.
I try to run with my hands over my ears as quickly as I can. Too many of those fast beings running in all directions.
The vision shifts and I am suddenly standing outside the Alpha's house watching as the Wayland Alpha stands before one of those fast creatures in surrender. The Wayland Pack Alpha holds his hands on top of his head so flat against his head that he has his hair caught between the gaps between his fingers. His face almost matched Arashnic's facial features completely, so for sure Arashnic's father, who I was witnessing surrender.
The fast creature looks like one of us as if no one would notice we are not a completely ordinary mundane. His skin was so pale and something was off about the way he stood.
Wait, he is not breathing! How is this even possible? I thought those were fables, a scary bedtime story even. He wore a dark purplish in color hooded cloak with long sleeves and black slacks.
The odd being looked paler than most human bodies wearing a purple cloak that hooded his face, his eyes were reddish orange, his hair was black as a coal, and his face was bony but structured handsomely.
The being stepped forward toward the Wayland Alpha, "You shall never see your son rein as alpha for you and your mates journey ends here so that your son will remain to live on. For if you do not surrender yourself, we will prevail to thrive from your pack as only the Wayland pack can subside our need for dark borders not to mention the deal we made with the moon goddess to keep our lives intact. That deal states that if you the Wayland Alpha choose to submit your whole pack, except for your son and the young future seeker. Your son may live on to seek his destiny that the Moon Goddess has set out for him but in his chosen destiny of returning as the future alpha of the Wayland pack he will bring us back from our slumber but only in different forms than that of we are today we will no longer need to feed on the blood of others we will keep our abilities of swiftness and become like you werewolves and be indebted to your son as part of his pack and army very specifically as much as he needs us and our species will be known as Wampires."
