Willow

I woke up lying alone in a king-sized bed with black sheets and a navy-blue comforter. Brayden was nowhere to be seen, but my wolf instinct told me that he was nearby. I sat up in bed and noticed that I was still in my clothes from yesterday. I couldn't remember how I fell asleep or when. I couldn't even remember how I got here, in what I am sure is Brayden's bed. I couldn't quite put the pieces together, and I was starting to freak out.

It was all of a sudden hard to breathe. I couldn't mind link with Brayden yet when we are in wolf form because he has not marked me yet. Wait, is that why I am passed out in his bed? I hurriedly started scanning my body quickly for any marks, stripping down to my underwear, when I couldn't see my back, I looked for a mirror and saw one attached to his dresser. I walked over to it and spun around scanning my back, and there was nothing. I looked again, and then the door budged open. Shit!

I ran as quickly to the bed and threw myself under the covers entirely.

Then I heard Brayden's deep voice laughing. "You can come out of hiding, Willow."

I could not possibly come out of hiding. I was in my underwear, and he just wanted me to uncover myself.

"If you don't come out from underneath those covers. I am coming under them with you." Great, I don't have a choice.

I slowly started peeking out from under the covers, gripping the sides of the dark sheet, "Why did you have to barge in?"

I looked at Brayden standing in the middle of his room smirking at me. What did he think I did on purpose?

"Brayden, why are you smirking at me?" I asked as I felt my face get flustered with heat proving that I was blushing after I spoke.

Brayden started making his way to the door. What is he doing? Was he leaving? I watched him shut the door. Please don't lock it. And then of course he locked the door. What was I in for?

Brayden started walking towards me slowly, his wolf growling through his current human form slowly, "Willow, you are in my room. I did not barge in. As for you teasing me by hiding yourself under those covers, that is not going to end well for either of us. I want to mark you as mine so bad right now, but I won't until you want me to."

I looked at him as he changed direction and went to his closet. "I have a t-shirt and some basketball shorts you can wear, and feel free to keep them."

He went over to his dresser and took out a black Nike shirt and a pair of green Nike basketball shorts. "The shorts shouldn't be too loose on your waist because they are elastic, but the shirt might be a little big." Brayden set the clothes on top of the dresser and then he went to the door. "Don't worry I will wait outside the door. Just let me know when you are done, and I will come back in."

I nodded, and then fell back under the navy-blue comforter and black sheets. I heard the door shut, so I sat up and slowly began scooting off the king-sized bed.

I walk over to the dresser and pull on the shirt and shorts Brayden set out for me.

Then I grab a hair tie from my wrist and bunch up the end of the shirt and tie it around the end to make the shirt tight. My waist showed a little bit, but I didn't mind. I walked over to the door, and I could already smell Brayden's woodland scent.

I grabbed the door handle and started opening it. Brayden was right outside the door like he had said he would be.

Brayden watched me as if I were the car and he was the deer staring at the headlights.
