Dan's POV

There he is. Still lying still on this horrible white hospital bed.

It's been three month since Phil slipped into a coma and there's been no change at all, no change in heart rate, no movement, nothing...

And every day I have visited him, day after day, the same routine every day.

Get up...

Get dressed.

Get the bus...

Go to see Phil...

Stay with Phil until visiting hours close...

And the cycle repeats.

I've dropped out of University, I mean why should I stay....

I have absolutely nothing to live for except from Phil now.

My parents hate me. Chris and PJ stopped visiting three days ago saying "He'll get better by himself, just let him be"; I the shouted at them and told them that I will stay with Phil for as long as it takes but they just bowed there heads in sorrow for me and Phil and walked out. Idiots...

Even Phil's parents have lost all hope in their son ever waking up. But I'm not going to.

As long as it bloody takes.

Phil's POV

There he is again, in that same horrible hospital chair.

day after day, I think its been about ninety one I think. Coming in and holding my hand and talking to me as if I'm alive, well I am but...never mind.

He sounds so hopeful that I might actually wake up bless him...

Heard Dan shout at who I thought was Chris and PJ, something about them giving up or something, huh don't blame them if I'm honest. I'm just trapped in my very own body because of some stupid bullet. A bullet, that's all it took, I could be dead for all I know but I can still he the faint sound of a heart monitor so, I'll take that as 'living' I guess...
