Chapter 10. (Unedited)

"Di, I promise you. I will find out who's behind all this" Piyush promised to now sleeping Roohi in her room after she fainted in living room.

Flashback

"AHHHHHHH----" She screamed loudly in horror.

She threw the box feeling disgusted and scared.

Piyush came running from the kitchen. Seeing the box on the floor, opened, he understood what had happened. He ran and caught her who was about to fall.

Piyush made her sit on sofa. Tears welled in his eyes looking at his sister who's now crying her heart out. He hugged her and tried to comfort her. Suddenly he felt Roohi's body went slump. He pulled his body away a little bit and saw that she has fainted. 

Piyush panickily tapped her cheeks. "Di, Di" He hurriedly picked her up and went upstairs and laid her down in her bed. He called the doctor. 

Then, suddenly the reason why his sister fainted hit his mind and ran downstairs. Entering the living room, he saw the box lying on the floor. He took slow steps toward it and picked it up. Turning it to see properly, he saw inside. And his eyes widened. His hands started shivering. 

A finger....precisely a woman's finger. Blood oozing out from the bottom. 

Piyush saw some photos and a letter at one corner of the box. With shivering hands, he took out them. No matter how scared he is, he have to do this. For his sister. To find out any clue who this disgusting, creepy bastard is.

He saw photos of a unconscious girl with blood all over her body tied to a chair. Her face was clearly visible but Piyush was not able to recognise her. He didn't knew her. 

Just as he was about to open the letter, the door bell rang. He hurriedly disposed the box and kept the photos and letter in drawer. "Coming" he shouted and did everything in fast pace. 

He opened the door and saw doctor. He took him to Roohi's room and doctor checked on her. 

"She is okay." Doctor said making Piyush sigh from relief. "She seems to be fainted from tiredness. She will gain her consciousness after some sleep. Just take care of her"

Piyush thanked the doctor and bid him goodbye. 

Returning to Roohi's room, he sat beside Roohi on the edge of bed. He took her hand in his and promised.

Flashback ends

Piyush decided to sleep on couch in Roohi's room in case she wake up in middle of night and need him. Sitting on the couch, he started to think who the girl in that photo was!? He wanted to open that letter now but did otherwise. He doesn't want to leave his sister even for minute now. 

He sighed and laid down. After some time, sleep took over him.

In middle of dark room, a girl can be seen looking here and there frantically. Too scared to notice silhouette of man coming from behind. Suddenly she felt her waist grabbed in a strong grip. She screamed and tried to get out from the grip. She tried to turn back but was unable to. 

Suddenly she felt breathing on her necks, which sent shiver down her spine. 

"Hi love!" 

She struggled more, thrashing here and there. She heard a manly chuckle from behind. 

"Stop struggling Roohi. It is of no help. You are mine and only mine." Suddenly the girl, Roohi, saw her family in front of her kneeling on ground badly beaten up. She screamed but no words were able to come out her mouth.
