Over the next couple of weeks most of my shifts have been simple, just washing and waiting

tables. I've gotten to know most of the locals and which creeps to steer clear of. "Hey, Lizabeth,

we're closing down early; can you tell the boys over there to pack things up? "Rita asked as she

cleaned the bar. "Sure, Rita", I say with a defeated tone. I hated asking people to leave,

especially if they're wild and drunk. Wild and drunk like the group I'm about to walk up to now. I

took a deep breath as I made my way over to the group of guys yelling and laughing, but before

I could reach the table; I saw one of the men looking in my direction. He wasn't rowdy like his

companions just seemed buzzed and annoyed with his company. When I stepped to the table

the man who sat in the middle spoke first. "Hey, there Doll face", he said, picking at his teeth.

"Um sir, we need you and your friends to leave. We're closing up early tonight.", I tried to say.

with much demand in my voice, but my voice betrayed me and gave into a whisper, "oh Doll

face, do we make you nervous?", he said with a devious smirk. "No, please sir we need you to

leave', I try to say with a little more confidence. The man in the middle spoke again "oh,

sweetheart i think you are". Before I could respond, the buzzed annoyed man spoke up. "Oh,

Merle shut up. Just leave her alone", he rolled his eyes, stood up, slammed some cash down and

began to leave. The man named Merle was visibly angry and stood up to chase after the other

man. "Hey little brother", Merle yelled after the other man. "You know better than to speak like

that" and started to push him. I went to stop them from fighting but before I could I feel a hand

stopping me. I turned to see Rita shaking her head no. The men begin to fight in front of us.

Mostly it was Merle swinging on the man he called his little brother. The older brother was

definitely too wasted to keep his balance. Merle slipped and crashed into a table. The younger

brother and rest of the men went to grab Merle to leave after Rita threatened to call the cops.

Once they left, Rita and I began to clean up the broken glass and clean up the spilled beer. "So,

who were they?"I asked Rita to break the silence. "Oh, that's them Dixon boys.", Rita Informed

me as she dumped glass in the trash. "Are they always like that? "I asked for more information.

"It's mostly that Merle causes all that trouble, but Daryl doesn't mean no harm. Sure, he's got a

temper and mouth on him but he's really a sweetheart. It's that father who's really the issue,",

she looked up at me with a lost look but caught herself then continued "but that's a whole none

of my business.". "Oh, we; I should head home ", I say as I grab my bag and head out the door.
