Prologue Pt 3

I woke up to the sound of a bell ringing. "Wake up everyone it's time to get to work!" Jaxson yelled. I groaned and sat up while my roommate was still passed out. "Skyler wakes up, It's time to work on the farm," I said while shaking him. "Huh wha? I didn't sign up for that." Skyler groaned. Well, I kinda promised him we would help out on the farm in exchange for a place to sleep and free food to eat. I laughed nervously. "You what!?" Skyler growled. "Would you rather live in a cave and starve to death?" asked while slipping out of bed and opening the closet to see a nice outfit for both of us to wear. "Hauluja praise King Vail we have clothes!" I screamed. "Really!" Skyler squealed. "Yeah, we do! Look in our closet." I yelled. Skyler got out of bed and walked over to the closet where there was a white shirt a pair of pants and farm boots waiting for both of us. We quickly got dressed and stepped out of our room to see everyone was now gathered in the living room rubbing their eyes. "Why did you wake us up at five in the morning Jaxson?" Adriel asked groggily. "I need you to help me with the farm I can't do this all by myself now can I?" I hummed softly. "What do we get in return?" Alec asked while crossing his arms. I smiled at him and winked. Whoever finishes their choice first will get a special reward from me." I hummed while crossing my arms. Alec jolted up and grinned. "Alright, what are my chores!" Alec yelled excitedly. "Well, you will milk the cows and goats feed them water, clean their pens, and feed and wash the pigs too." I hummed. Alec quite literally ran out of the house and ran over to the cows with six buckets in his arms. "Okay, Harlequin you will feed the chickens collect the nonfertile eggs, and clean out their pen." I hummed. "Yes sir!" Harlequin yelled as he ran outside. "Adriel you will go hunting for deer meat and butcher the deer as well." "Alright on it!" Adriel hummed as he grabbed his bows and arrows. "Felix, you will harvest all of the wheat barley rye, and rice and put them in the silo to be ground up." "Okay," Felix said while grabbing the cycle to chop it all with. Merlin you will use your water abilities to water all of the fruits vegetables grains and nuts while Iris uses his plant magic to speed up growth. "Yes sir!" Both Merlin and Iris nodded. Gemini you will harvest the walnuts almonds hazelnuts and olives and put them in separate baskets to be processed. "Alright, Jaxson." Gemini hummed. Okay, Hotah you will keep pest animals such as mice ravens, and crows out of my crops while Damien and Soris protect my goats cows pigs, and chickens from animals such as coyotes foxes bobcats, and other dangerous animals." "Got it down Jaxon!" Damien Hotah and Soris all hummed. "Ilibis you will harvest all my vegetables such as broccoli cauliflower corn and the others you see in the field." "Alright, Jaxson." Ilibis hummed. "Alister and Akki you two will harvest all of my tree fruits and put them in these baskets over here." "On it right now boss man!" "Akki and Alister hummed. Viren and Skyler you will go harvest all of the non-tree growing fruits such as my strawberries raspberries and blackberries and Asher you will clean the house and make sure everything is tidy for tonight's dinner." "Yesir!" Both Viren and Asher hummed. Viren and Skyler quickly made their way over to the field and began to do their job while Asher cleaned the house. While that was going on I began to go around the farm and check on everyone to see how they were doing. First I walked into the barn to see Alec milking the three cows I had while whistling a tune. "Hey, how's the milking going Alec?" I asked. "All good Jaxson!" Alec chirped. "Good, keep working hard." I hummed. I then checked on Felix to see him hard at work harvesting all the grains. I smiled and waved at him causing him to wave back. I then checked on Felix and Iris to see them watering and sewing plots for new seeds to be planted. I smiled and waved at them though they didn't see me. I then checked on Gemini to see him hard at work putting on a smile on my face. I then checked on Hotah Soris and Damien to see both of them in animal form and Soris in his dragon form gliding above the farm with a green film outlining him. I smiled and walked off knowing my animals would be safe in their hands. I then checked on Akki and Alister to see them picking lemons and oranges and placing them in their respective baskets. I waved at them and they waved back. I then checked on Viren and Skyler to see them hard at work picking the strawberries and grapes. I then checked on Ilibis to see him at the hard work harvesting the vegetables. Finally, I checked on Harlequin to see him in the chicken coop sitting with the chickens a basket of eggs in his hands. "How are you doing Harlequin? Did you feed them and gather the nonfertile eggs?" I hummed. Harlequin gave me the biggest grin ever before screaming. "I'M THE LORD OF THE CHICKENS FEAR MY FEATHERY WRATH!!!!" Harlequin yelled while flapping his wings and bobbing his head like a chicken would. "Okay Chicken lord put the eggs in the kitchen so I can sell some and cook some for breakfast later." I said while patting his pastel blue hair. I then left the chicken coop and laughed to myself at the sexy little harpin's outburst. Well, I know who I'm fucking tonight." I said while licking my lips. Finally, nighttime had rolled around and I went back inside to see everyone collapsed in any available space in my living room. I grinned and walked up to them and clapped my hands to catch their attention. "You did a good job everybody I am very proud of you, I think it's about time we cook some nice and hearty venison and beef stew tonight, you have Adriel to thank for his successful hunt." I hummed. Everyone looked over to Adriel who looked pooped and was lying on his stomach and groaning. "You better be glad I didn't fail." Adriel groaned. "Adriel out of all of the people in this house I think you should have your reward first." I hummed. "And what is that reward you speak of?" Adriel huffed. "Well, it's a surprise so meet me in my room after everyone else has gone to bed for the night." I hummed. "Well, I'm gonna start prepping the stew so you guys hang tight and go get cleaned off you smell like death warmed over." I chuckled. Everyone nodded and dispersed and went to do their thing. I then got to work cooking the beef and venison so I could put it in the stew. After a while, though everyone was cleaned off except Adriel he was the last to bathe so he would smell nice for when he met me. After the stew was done I served it to everyone in the room and made my way into my bathroom where I bathed and put on my sexiest men's thong knee-high sheer socks and a women's silver and black open-front baby doll dress. Once that was done all I had to do was wait.
