Prologue Pt 2

As soon as I was outside I began to run towards the woods that surrounded Jaxson's house and to the small cave that I called home with my fifteen other friends. Once I reached the cave the first person to greet me was Hotah. "Why'd the fuck did you give me that glare!? Humans killed my parents and he's one of them!" Hotah screamed. "Yo, calm down owl boy! I have some good news!" I said with a grin. "And what is that?" Soris growled his eyes glowing in the darkness of the cave. "I found permanent shelter!" I said with excitement. "Mhm really?" Gemini huffed. "Oh come on Gem, you know we need this we've been living on scraps our entire lives and this man is providing free food and shelter!" I said while flapping my arms. "Ha! It's most likely a trap!" Iris laughed. "Iris come on you're the only one who can control plants in this group!" I said now starting to get frustrated. "Well, I can manipulate water and you don't see me caving, do you?" Merlin snorted. "Well, I for one think we should steal from him," Alister said while combing his hair. "Alister you're ten thousand years old, you always say that." I growled through gritted teeth. "Well, I think we should see what this puny little human has to offer in exchange for safety and shelter." Ilibis hummed while filing his claws. "Ilibis he's offering food and shelter if we help him on his farm!" I screamed in frustration. "Well, I'm dying for a good fuck in my wet velva at the moment." Damien hummed while lying back against a pile of moss. "Holy Vail Alec, you're always thinking about sex!" I screamed again. "Hmm wha? What is everyone yelling about?" Harlequin mumbled while sitting up rubbing his eyes with his hands. "Welcome back to the land of the waking Harlequin! We were just talking." I hummed. "I heard everything in my sleep dude and I agree with Ilibis." "Well, I can control people's emotions and the weather and you don't see me trusting a human now do you?" Akki snorted. I looked over to my right to see a leopard just chilling and munching on three-day-old deer bones. Look at Damien he's eating bone guys! We're fucking starving here we look like fucking holocaust victims!" I screamed while gesturing over to Damien. "Meh, I'm fine with eating bones!" Damien said while chewing on one. "Holy fuck Damien, seriously we're starving here and you dare to say that to our faces!" I screamed while stomping my foot on the ground. "I like the idea of staying with a human we can be his little cryptid harem." Viren purred while holding his satchel. "Alec, What do you think? You're oddly interested in humans am I right?" I asked pleadingly. Skyler jumped up and grinned. "I would love to go with you! As long as it means a free meal and a comfy bed to sleep on." Skyler squealed. Adriel tilted his deer like skulled to the side and hummed. "I would also like to meet this mortal you speak of, he must have some set of balls on him to offer a cryptid like us a place to stay." The final person who spoke on the matter was Felix and he was sitting cross-legged in a circle of plants. "Well, I agree with the others we're just fine in this cave and I'm not moving an inch not unless the man is willing to give me a good dish of potato soup." Felix hummed. "Well, he's making some kind of stew so..." I said while scratching my head. "Will it have potatoes in it?" Felix asked. "I think?" I hummed nervously. "What about venison?" Adriel asked. "Uh maybe?" I said while shifting from foot to foot. Everyone looked at each other and began to mutter amongst themselves for a few minutes before all of them simultaneously took human forms and smiled. "Well what are you waiting for let's get moving, we haven't eaten in two days." Skyler hummed. I nodded and began to lead my group of ragtag cryptids back to Jaxson's house. As we were walking Adriel stopped at the chicken coop and sighed. "Damn, I would kill for some chicken pot pie right now," Adriel said while peeking into the coop. "Since when did you like chicken pot pie Adriel?" Hotah hummed. "Oh Shut it, bird boy!" Adriel growled. Finally, after about a forty-minute walk we reached Jaxson's door and knocked. I heard quick footsteps coming towards the door and it opened. "Oh that was quite a quick sweetie, I have a plethora of stew waiting for all of you, so come in and eat!" Jaxson hummed. I nodded and stepped inside the rest of my group following me. Once everyone was inside I smiled at them moved into my kitchen and filled sixteen bowls with beef and potato stew. "POTATOES!" One of them suddenly screamed. Causing me to nearly jump about two feet into the air. I calmed myself carried two bowls into the kitchen and handed Asher and his potato-loving friend their bowls. After I handed everyone their food they looked up at me and smiled. "Thank you, sir, we were really hungry." A man with Dark brown hair said. No problem sweetie have as much as you desire." I said with a soft grin. After a while, I had served three bowls of stew to everyone in the room and they were now just curled up on the floor and just quietly watching me. I then took a seat in my rocking chair and grabbed a book to write down everyone's names in. "Okay everyone may I have your names, please?" I asked everyone in the room. I'm Felix, I'm Adriel, I'm Harlequin, I'm Viren, I'm Damien, I'm Alec, I'm Skyler, I'm Ilibis, I'm Iris, I'm Hotah, I'm Soris I'm Merlin, I'm Alister I'm Gemini and I'm Akki. Everyone introduced themselves. "Hello everyone I'm Jaxson, Jaxson Stone, I'll be taking care of you when you need it okay?" I said with a smile. Once everyone had settled down I smiled and showed them to the two bathrooms in my house. "Okay, this is the downstairs bathroom and it has a bathtub a toilet, and a sink, there is a bathroom upstairs as well so there is always a way to get clean or do your business if needed." I hummed. "Now, I'll show you to your rooms, Alister and Akki, you two will sleep here Adriel and Viren you'll sleep in this room Felix and Iris you'll sleep in the room next to the bathroom Damien and Alec You'll sleep in the bedroom across from the bathroom." I then walked upstairs and showed the remaining cryptids to their rooms. Merlin and Harlequin you'll sleep in this room Gemini and Ilibis you'll sleep next to the upstairs bathroom Asher and Skyler you'll sleep across from the upstairs bathroom and finally Soris Hotah you'll be sleeping in the room across from my room. I explained to everyone. "Is everyone okay with these arrangements?" I asked. "Yes, we're alright with the arrangements you made." Asher hummed. "Wonderful, well I'm gonna take a quick shower and go to bed just knock on my door if you need anything okay?" I said as I turned to my bedroom door. "Alright!" Everyone chirped in unison. As I walked to my room I undressed and stepped into my shower to wash off a day's worth of grime and dirt. Once I was clean I stepped out of my shower with a towel wrapped around my waist. Once I was dressed I got I climbed into bed and began to drift asleep. While I was in my bed I realized that step one of my Teratophila harem fantasy has finally come true.
