NOAH'S POV
I walked back to my place and knocked on my door being greeted my mom's face, with a not so good expression
"I heard you skipped school today young man!" she muttered
I rolled my eyes
"Well I was helping my friend he was injured." I exclaimed
She smiled at me and hugged me a kissed me
"Oh my sweet boy always careing for others!" she exclaimed
I yawned and headed back to my room I checked my messages to see a message from Cody? I read the message with confusion
"Can I please come stay then night my dad's home"
Well his parents must've been gone for a bit doesn't he want to spend time with his dad? I question things alot maybe I should just let him come over.
"Sure head over my address is ******" I responded
I layed in my bed and placed my ear phones in my ears and started listening to some music waiting for Cody to come, I heard my mom call
"Hun! your friends here!"
I smiled and was about to go see Cody but he came right in my room, I looked at Cody holy shit, he had bruises all over his face and those were not from the fight. I ran up to Cody who was standing in my door way and held his face and asked
"What happend?!"
Cody frowned and started crying? He held onto my chest while sobbing, I soothed him by hugging him, if he wanted to explain what happend he could but I'm not gonna force him. Me and Cody sat on my bed as Cody cried. I slowly wiped Cody's tear's with my sleeve and finally asked
"Now can you tell me what happend?"
Cody looked down at his lap and mumbled but loud enough I could hear
"My dad came home and noticed I skipped school and he-" Cody cutted him self off.
I under stood now. I hugged Cody and I wish I could hold Cody forever, NOAH FUCK YOUR NOT GAY FOR CODY! Cody is like your only friend, so you just share a deep bond with him, your not gay for Cody J Anderson.
I fixed up Cody's wound's and offered for a movie night with popcorn, of course Cody said yes but he wanted to choose the movie this time, I rolled my eyes and went down stairs to get popcorn, as I microwaved the popcorn my mom came up behind me and smirked
"Soooo Noah make sure no hanky panky alright?" she excalimed
I turned my head like a owl and glared at her, I could feel my face get red and I stutterd
"Y-Yeah"
How the fuck was I susposed to respond to that. I walked back up stairs to see Cody laying down on his stomache playing on his phone, I smiled and sat on the bed a placed the popcorn on the bed side table, I looked over to see titantic, I guess Cody wanted to watch titantic! I sat down with Cody and watched titantic, but for fucks sake I wasn't watching titantic I was staring at Cody, he looked so fucking cute.
As the movie ended I was more focused on a book, I looked over to see Cody asleep I was too tired to make a bed on the floor for me, god kids sleep in the same bed during "sleep overs" so why can't we do it. I tucked Cody in and layed beside him, I was about to go to sleep until I felt Cody's arms wrap around my waist, I felt my face turn red he was just asleep it was his accident but why did it feel so nice to have him cuddle me. Why do I think about this boy so much. I needed to speak to someone. I grabbed my phone and searched up "Bowie" in my contacts.
"Can we meet up tomorow?"
"Sure why tho?"
"You will see."
