The power of Winx season 2

The one day of the year we can be ourselves

We (outfit 36) were supposed to be giving a presentation. On what I can't remember we all kind of a little distracted. Somehow Bloom and I were able to talk to each other whispering to each other about this Halloween party in our hometown and talk with the right words but then she turned to Layla and she had never heard of Halloween before. Which doesn't surprise me as it's really more of an Earth holiday and even on Earth I guess some people have never heard of Halloween and I guess it sounds more like an American holiday I don't really know if other countries celebrate it or if there are really people who have never heard of it but it sounded like a lot of people don't actually celebrate it. Like Christmas is celebrated all over the world but only really one religion celebrates it and like Jews aren't really supposed to celebrate it I guess or whatever. Anyways she tried to explain it to her saying something about Jack O' lanterns and scary costumes. She seemed to get it but I wasn't sure.

Each of took our turns talking about our part of the presentation we were supposed to be talking about. Layla turned to Stella said it was Hallowinx party with scary lanterns and a game of Jacks. I wished I could've face palmed at what I was catching bits and pieces of. That is so NOT what Bloom and I said. Stella told Musa there was this cool guy named Jack that was throwing a scary Winx party tonight. So it was kind of like playing telephone. And how was our teacher not being like "girls do you have something to share with the class?" When we were supposed to be focused on our presentation not whispering to each other and gossiping about a Halloween party happening in Gardena on Earth even though Bloom and I were the only ones that got any of that right. But also how would she know this? It's not like we have cell phones that work in this dimension or this world or whatever or planet or whatever which is what our presentation was about other magical dimensions I guess.

Anyways Musa whispered this Flora but what Musa told her was that there was this scary party tonight with cool guys and virtually everyone wanted to see the Winx. This was getting so far away from what we actually had said it was ridiculous. By the time it got to Techna she blurted it out. What Flora said was a party was being thrown for the Winx by virtually every cool guy and it was gonna be scary. But what Techna said was a virtual party in a scary sub zero computer generated world and she felt that was a great idea. And then our teacher cleared his throat and only scolded her and told her he understood she had a party to get to but said something to her about a 10 page report on his desk by tomorrow morning. Why did she say it out loud and not keep it to herself? Also none of what she said sounded remotely like what Flora said. How in the world had Halloween party in Gardena Winx are invited to with Jack o lanterns and scary costumes reached all the way to virtual party computer generated world?! That isn't remotely anything close to what Bloom or I said.

Outside on the courtyard Jolly comes she's Livy's big sister. She tells prophecies with card readings. They give the whole hi how are yous good to see yous. That whole thing Livy is excited about going to a pumpkin party that night but once they get inside of the school Jolly tells her that there was a dark shadow over her. But Livy doesn't get it because she doesn't see anything and then Jolly pulls her away. She may look like a clown but it seems that Jolly is anything but. She doesn't see anything and tries to pull her sister away. But Jolly tells her no and that the cards say a horrid fate awaits the traveler. And then she does a spell in a different language and three cards appear and float before her. They are in some kind of dark room now. Maybe that was part of the spell she did or something. One was a caravan it talked about the travelers journey. The sun was low so it was talking about young travelers. She sees a frightened fawn meaning there was danger hanging over the travelers head. And then she *gasped* and said that she saw 3 faceless sisters and that meant wickedness suffering or betrayal and while we weren't there to hear this warning she felt we would not know the difference truth and lies and knew we would all be in danger and warned us not to go to the party tonight though again we weren't there to hear what she was talking about.
