✮ chapter five ✮

felix focused on hyunjin. he glanced at the first aid kit then back at hyunjin. he whimpered a little as he looked at the scar . " i-i trust you just be careful please " he spoke softly.

at this very moment hyunjin realized that he was beginning to grow feelings for this omega. hyunjin always had times where others tried to get with him yet only because they needed an alpha to protect them . he never really understood relationships and expected to be alone his entire life.. felix switched that whole thing around.

hyunjin smiled, blushing a little. he carefully applied ointment to a cotton swab then began slowly rubbing it over the scar , being as gentle as he could.

felix was staring at the wall trying not to focus on the pain. he then noticed how careful hyunjin was being with him. the pain slowly began fading as the ointment numbed the injury. he blushed a little. he realized that he was on a couch and hyunjin was tending to his hurt knee . he felt his cheeks heat up a bit .

hyunjin looked up at felix and smiled. " feel better? " he asked as he put a bandaid over the scar . felix nodded a little and looked around. " thank you " he spoke quietly as he fiddled with his fingers a little. " i-if you don't mind me asking but .. how did you know where I live ? " felix asked .

hyunjin looked at the boy then looked down, trying to make up an excuse. " jisung sent it to me the other night in case i needed it for anything " he spoke softly.

felix smiled a little and nodded . " that's okay " he spoke softly then stood up carefully and picked up some trash from the coffee table. " i-i'm sorry it's messy . didn't really clean " he spoke gently.

hyunjin shook his head quickly and carefully set felix back down on the couch . " you need to rest your leg in case it's actually hurt badly . i can pick up around the house. " he spoke.

felix shook his head a little. " n-no it's okay it's my mess I can get it . you still have your party hyunjin " felix giggled a little.

" well bringing you home was an emergency. if I never showed up you would've been freezing and hurt " he spoke.

felix blushed a little. he looked down and nodded. " thank you " he spoke softly.

hyunjin looked at felix and shook his head with a smile . " don't thank me " he spoke softly as hyunjin cleaned the house , picking up things and wiping tables.

felix watched him and carefully laid back. " i really do appreciate it though " he spoke softly

hyunjin smiled and walked towards felix. he sat beside him and looked down. " listen i'm really sorry about winter. " hyunjin spoke.
" is she your girlfriend?" felix asked. hyunjin widened his eyes and shook his head " no no no never " he spoke quickly.

felix felt a little embarrassed for asking. he nodded his head and looked down.

hyunjin looked at the stains on felix's shirt. " why don't you take a bath " he asked. " i can help you to the bathroom and start the bath for you " hyunjin insisted .

felix shook his head and smiled . " i'm okay really hyunjin " he spoke softly as he stood up carefully. " i should.. probably get ready for bed " he added as he focused his eyes on hyunjin . " thank you for helping me home " he smiled then began walking upstairs to his room .

hyunjin listened to felix then watched him walk away. why was the time they spent together so precious to him . he stood up and sighed , walking towards the front door .

felix then stopped at ran down the stairs , limping a little from his knee . " o-oh ! uh I was wondering something " felix spoke .

hyunjin turned to look at felix with a smile . " yes ? " he asked .

" well.. since you're starting to hang out with our group a little i was wondering if we could.. give each other our phone numbers " felix spoke , fiddling with his bracelet.

hyunjin felt his cheeks become a little warm . " y-yeah id really love that " he spoke .

hyunjin and felix exchanged phone numbers then went their separate ways. felix showered and finally laid down to study a bit .

hyunjin just stared at his phone , looking at felix's digits as he walked with a soft smile on his face . " so you do like me " he spoke to himself softly.

a day passed and felix was rushing out his door with his bag , pushing his shoes on quickly as always . he began running along the sidewalk until he tripped against the concrete. before he could fall he felt some weight holding him from falling, his eyes tightly shut .

after a few seconds he opened his eyes to see hyunjin holding him by his hoodie from falling. " you have got to be more careful felix " he chuckled and pulled him up back on his feet . " one day you're gonna do something clumsy and actually end up in the emergency room " he spoke .

felix blushed embarrassed and pushed his hair behind his ear . " i-i'm sorry i'm just very late and jisung is waiting " he spoke .

" well.. i think he can wait a little longer " hyunjin spoke softly as he began walking with felix .
