"Brother Kai!"

Rosé who was walking around the mall heard it and turned around to see that the woman hugged Kai, and the latter did the same. She narrowed her eyes and saw the woman kissed Kai on the cheek. "This bastard!" She thought and sneered as she continue to walk like nothing happened. She will definitely tell it to Jennie later.

"Joie, how are you?" Kai smiled to her while returning the hug

"I'm good. I missed you brother Kai" Joie pouted

"Because you came back after so many years abroad. So, how long do you plan to stay here?" He asked

"I don't know, I think until I get bored"

Both of them seem to enjoy each other's company, unaware that Rosé came back to take pictures of them and send it to Jennie.

Jennie, who just arrived at the company received a call.

"Hel..." she was cut off

"Oh my god Jennie, have you seen it already? I mean, the message I sent  you? Just now? You should see it!"

"Why?" Jennie asked

"Well, I saw Kai with another chick"

"And what is it have to do with me?"

"I think that someday, it could be useful you know. Anyway, that's all. Bye!" She hung up the call

Jennie open the message and saw it. She noticed the woman seems familiar. Her lips curled into a devilish smile.

"Uhm, Brother Kai what do you do now? I mean, do you have a stable job? I heard from Auntie, you look stress lately" Joie asked

Kai frowned. "I don't have a job now. And I don't know what you have heard, but I'm fine." He said

"I heard that you're engaged?" Joie lift one of her eyebrows while waiting for the answer. She has feelings for Brother Kai.

Kai did not know how to answer and did not how he would explain. But then, he think of a way not to look bad to her childhood bestfriend.

"I cancelled the engagement. She cheated on me" he said nonchalantly

"What?!" Joie spat angrily

"Don't worry about it. I let her go. I don't think, we can continue our relationship if she was doing that kind of thing. You know I don't tolerate it." He said

"I'm so sorry, Brother Kai" she placed her hand on him and comfort him

"May I know the name of that b*tch?"

It made Kai shocked but then reply "Jennie Kim"

"I will remember that name and if one day we accidentally meet, I will retaliate for what she has done to you"

"Don't think about her. Let's just enjoy this day. So, what are your plans while staying here?"

"I asked Auntie to let me return to modeling. And she approved, I'm so excited. It's been so long since I walk on stage"

At Events Place

"Jennie! Try this one and come out quickly!" One of the team said

Jennie quickly changed into the outfit and came out.

"He has no right to yell at you like you're a freaking newbie!" Bae said in annoyance

"Suzy, it's fine. He didn't harm me, did he?"

Suzy Bae seem a lot calmer. She couldn't tolerate people yelling at her artist and looking at them differently.

"There's a delivery for Jennie Kim" one of the staff announced

Many pair of eyes look at Jennie and started whispering to each other

"From who?" Jennie asked

"It doesn't have any names. Neither the one who gave it to me didn't tell his name"

Jennie thanked the man and return to her place.

"See, you didn't even announce your comeback yet you have a present from your fan already" Bae happily said

Jennie doesn't know who it came from. But.. it shouldn't.... right? Putting down the present, she excused herself and dial a number.

"Hi, wife."

"Were you the one who sent the present?" She blushed because of the sudden endearment then asked.

"Hmm. Do you like it?" Jennie blushed more

"I didn't open it yet. But, thank you, Lisa" she sincerely said

"Hmm, did you call just to ask that?"

Jennie felt embarrassed but continue to reply "Yes, I'm sorry if I disturbed you. You can go back to work now."
She the hung up the call didn't wait for his reply, and return to her manager.

"Where have you been? We still need to wait for at least five more minutes to start the rehearsal."

At L. Manoban Entertainment

"President, the Madam already received the present you prepared for her" Bambam notified Lisa

"Hmm" Lisa replied and his assistant left the office

Lisa prepared the present for her wife to welcome her at her comeback. If he won't be able to give it personally at the event, he will find a way for her to receive it. He wanted to surprise her that's why he did not give it at home.

"Jennie, It's better if you have a partner so I will pair you with one of our boys"

There will be two pairs, left and right and the remaining model will walk in the middle while showing off the outfit. The head of the team noticed the Aura and how beautiful her body is, although it only has two pairs, he still decided to pair her with one of the boys and they will be the last pair to walk in the middle.

"This is your partner, Justin" the young man smile at her.

"We should start from the top!" The head announced in a loud voice enough for all of them to hear.
