Chapter 15

Early the next morning, Lisa received a message from Jennie, informing him about the offer for the new contract from The Classic. He informed her that it's a great opportunity since she just started in her career.

"You should accept the contract. It's a great opportunity for you. Your name will be known not just in our country, but also internationally" Lisa said on the phone while fixing her tie

"Yes, I will contact them and tell them to bring the contract so I'll be able to sign it" Jennie said and sigh

"Why?" Lisa asked

"I am just thinking, my stay will be extended due to the fact that I'll sign a new contract. And it wasn't even a week and I'm here, dying to see you"

Lisa on the other end, smile "You have to get used to it. This is the start of your career and this is not the only time you'd have to leave"

They talked for a little while and then decided to call again after they got off work.

Lisa on the other hand, before heading to office, he called Bambam

"Book an earliest flight to Russia and send me the flight details"

"Copy, President"

....

Kai was exiting out of the restaurant when he sees Rosé across the street.

"Hey Rosé!"

Rosé didn't need to turn to know that voice. But she's curious why Kai suddenly approaching her. So she turn around and saw him walking towards her.

"What is it?" She did not hide the annoy and disgust when she speak

"I want to ask you something"

"Just ask. Don't waste my time"

"Where does Jennie lives? Do you know? I know you know where she lives. Then, tell me"

"Why would I tell you? Who do you think you are?"

"I don't have to tell you why I needed to see her. Just tell me where she is right now!"

"Even if I know, I wouldn't tell you. Why do you have to ruin her life again?! Go to your whore and leave Jennie alone!"

After saying that, she turned and left. Kai did not think and grabbed Rosé's arm and said "Don't make me ask again, answer the f*cking question I asked you. Where is she?"

Rosé got shocked when Kai grabbed her arm but then she didn't back down as she said "Release your hold or I'll sue you for f*cking touching me!"

Kai released her and he heard Rosé said "Even if you find Jennie and beg to forgive you. She will never get back with you" after saying that she left

Kai on the other hand couldn't do anything. He dialed a number "Tail Rosé and inform me if you see her with Jennie"

....

"Thank you for trusting me with another project, Director" Jennie replied in politeness

"Thank you for signing a new contract with us Miss Kim! When I saw your behind the scenes yesterday, I didn't hesitate to asked my staff to talk to you about the new project. I believe you're someone who's suitable for this"

"Thank you, Director" Jennie politely said

"Then, let's meet again next week" Director offer his hand and Jennie kindly accepted it and they shook hands

After leaving the meeting place, Jennie and her manager Suzy, went to a coffee shop before heading back to the hotel

"Oh Jennie, we have three more days to rest and then shoot again. Do you want to stroll around?" Suzy said

"I would love to, but I want to go rest and talk to Lisa about this" Jennie smile

"Uhm, okay. I'll accompany you at the hotel and then, I'll leave after. I really want to go shopping"

"You don't have to send me home. It's tiring for you. I can head back and you can go now"

"Are you sure it is okay? I don't want Mr. Manoban to get mad at me"

Jennie laugh and look at Suzy helplessly "Really, Suzy. It's fine. I'm fine to go alone. You don't have to worry about me, I'm not a kid"

"Fine, take care. Message me when you arrive at the hotel, okay?"

The two parted ways and after almost 30 minutes, she arrived at the hotel and informed her manager right away. Upon entering the suite, Jennie message Lisa and then proceeded to take a shower. After, she checked her phone to see a reply but she didn't see any. She thought that her husband was really busy so she decided to watch a movie, unaware that a little later, she dozed off sleep.

When she wakes up, it's 10 pm. She slept for 8 hours and Suzy still wasn't home.

Jennie got a text from Suzy that she found a bar along the way home so she'll party tonight and informed her so she doesn't need to wait.

After eating dinner, she went back to sleep at 3 am.

Jennie's phone ring that wakes her up

"Goodmorning Jennie. Let's meet at the nearby café. I want to tell you something!" Suzy said excitedly then hung up

Jennie went to the nearby café and met Suzy

"Jennie, last night I went to party and I don't know what happened but this morning, I woke up beside  a stranger"

Jennie widen her eyes and laugh " You slept with a stranger, Suzy. You didn't even wait for him to wake up, did you?"

Suzy got embarrassed "Of course. It's a one night stand only"

The two talked happily unaware that someone entered their suite.
