Chapter 16

After spending the morning at the Café, Jennie and Suzy went back home. They're talking as the elevator stops at their floor.

"Oh come on, Jennie. Stop teasing me. I promise it'll never happen again" Suzy said

"As long as you're happy and enjoying, it's fine. But you really need to be careful. The person you're sleeping with isn't someone you really know"

Both of them continue to talk about what happened to Suzy that night until they arrived at the door of their suite.

Suzy, suddenly got a text. And she was stunned when she read the text she said to Jennie "Oh, Jennie I forgot something at the café. I will just go back and get it"

Jennie was speechless by the sudden change of topic but said " Okay, I'll wait for you. Come back quickly"

Suzy left and Jennie started to unlock the door. When she entered, she did not open much light because of the sunlight. So, she went to the kitchen to take her vitamins and afterwards, she went to her bedroom but shocked to see someone she wasn't expecting to see that early.

After waking up from the shock, she ran and hug the person. Lisa on the other hand, smile and patted her head.

"I told you not to tell me you're missing me. I'm not good at controlling myself when it's about you"

Jennie keep hugging him tightly as if he will be gone once she release him.

"When did you arrive? Aren't you busy? I thought you were so busy that's why you couldn't text me back" Jennie said

"I arrived an hour ago. Sorry if I did not informed you. I want to surprise you"

"I missed you, hubby!"

"Yet, here I am. But I can't stay for too long"

"Hmm"

Lisa and Jennie spend their time strolling. By the time Lisa had to go, the sadness came again.

"Let's see each other next week. I'll wait for you at home" Lisa kissed Jennie on her forehead and hugged her tightly.

"Hmm, I can't wait to see you again. You're still here but I am already missing you"

The two shared a passionate kiss before Jennie finally let go of Lisa.

"You should go now. We don't want you to miss your flight, do we? Take care, hubby!" Jennie reminded Lisa

Once Lisa drove out of the hotel, Jennie went back to the suite and remembered Suzy still not yet came back so she texted her. She knows that Suzy knew that Lisa will surprise her that's why she left in order for them to spend time with each other.

Somewhere in Korea

"Brother Kai, I told you I already asked Auntie about her information such as address but she said she couldn't disclose it to me. But I heard that Jennie is out of the country as of now" Joie said

"Are you sure she's out of the country? Where did you hear it from?"

"I heard Auntie talking to someone on the phone when I visited her"

"Do you know which country?"

"I don't know, Brother Kai"

'Joie you are useless!' Kai thought.

"But I can ask Auntie...."

"Fine, give me a call right away if you got something!"

With that, Kai turn around and left. Joie on the other hand was fuming 'Why are you so eager to find her, Brother Kai?! I'm here infront of you, don't look for that b*tch anymore! I'll find a way to destroy you Jennie!' Joie thought

Lisa arrived in Korea after almost 9 hours of flight. As soon as he landed, he informed Jennie that he had safely arrived. He immediately went to the company to finish some documents.

At midnight, some news was spreading around the city and many people was shocked by the news.

'A model named Jennie Kim cheated on her fiancée'

'Jennie 'cheater' Kim seduced men and cheat on fiancée'

'Jennie Kim, the former model who retreated last year and cameback this year is a cheater?'

"Oh my god, I used to be your fan but now, I'm leaving. I don't like a cheater!"

"Cheater!!"

"You have the guts to came back in the industry after you cheated on your fiancée?! Wtf*ck!! You slut!"

Many comments talked about the issue and many people criticized Jennie because of it. Some of them started to say that she should be banned from the industry.

At L. Manoban Entertainment

Almost all of the employees can feel the cold aura coming from Lisa. Bambam who was reporting can also feel it. After reporting to Lisa the latter think for a few minutes before saying "Don't informed her about this"

Bambam understood the President and said "Yes, President"

Unaware that the person he doesn't want to know, already knew it.

Jennie who's sleeping in peace, got awake in the middle of the night because of the sound coming from her phone. When she look, she saw Rosé sent a voice message to her in their chatbox.

"Jennie why aren't you doing something?! Would you let them talk bad about you?! Do something! Ask help from President Manoban!" Rosé was clearly getting hysterical

"What are you talking about?" She responded via text

"Aren't you seeing the news? You are not updated about the news?! It's spreading all over the city! You should see it!" Rosé replied in seconds

Jennie didn't hesitate to see the news Rosé was talking about.

After exiting the chatbox, she open a tab on her phone and search the news in her city. When she saw what was the article about, her lips curved upwards and her eyes got cold.
