As Valeria calmed down, they took a seat and Connie explained what had happened. Last night a few people had broken in and damaged the shop, luckily Connie and Valeria were not at home when it happened due to Valeria beating up a guy in school and getting a detention they were late to arrive and the people had already left.

Connie: That's the end of it.

Abaddon nodded at Connie's explanation, the two glanced by their side to see Valeria still holding onto Abaddon, with Valeria rubbing her hand over his abdomen where she shot him. It seemed the girl was still trying to reassure herself that Abaddon was alright and get the feel for his abs. Connie chuckled mentally as her advice to her granddaughter about trying to get close to her crush was being used weirdly.

Abaddon: Do you inform the cops about this?

Connie: We have.

Valeria: But those bastards are taking their sweet time to even solve the problem!

Connie sighed hearing the words, Abaddon looked at her for an answer but Connie only nodded confirming it.

Abaddon: Valeria

The girl only glanced at him for a second before looking away, still feeling down. Abaddon sighed seeing that the girl wouldn't let him go, and he decided to keep sitting. Looking around the thrashed shop, it is a given that Abaddon is very powerful and has many abilities one of these allows him to manipulate his body in any way he sees fit and Abaddon does just that. Rearranging the nerves in his eyes, his pupils dilated, and the neurons in his brain began to change becoming faster at receiving and sending messages. Suddenly outlines of five men could be seen by Abaddon it became easier to tell their height, weight, age and all the other information about them due to their lingering scent. Their height ranged from 5.9 feet to 6 feet, two carried baseball bats, one carried a steel bar, and the rest two had metal pipes. Slowly as if a film was being played in front of Abaddon the five broke the door and started to destroy everything two men went inside and flipped things over and broke stuff, as the men returned with a frame in his hand. From the design of the frame Abaddon knew this was something very special to Valeria, it held the last picture she took with her mother before she died. Abaddon watched as the man broke the frame and threw it into the small fire that one of them had created in the shop. He could see new why Valeria was so pissed when he had entered the shop. So after helping in cleaning, Abaddon booked a hotel in town for Valeria and Connie to stay in while repairs take place. As the clock struck 5:00 pm Abaddon walked away from the hotel where the shopkeeper and her granddaughter would stay for a while, just as he entered the parking lot Abaddon stopped.

Abaddon: Sneaking out is not really your cup of tea, Valeria.

Valeria let out a squeak in embarrassment from the connor, slowly walking out she revealed herself. Valeria was wearing a black tracksuit, with her hair in a high ponytail and wearing a cap, she was carrying a bag over her shoulder, by the smell of the gunpowder, metal and oil told Abaddon it was the shotgun that Valeria shot him with.

Valeria: I know you are going to search for the people that destroyed the shop, I am going to join in finding them.

Abaddon: Are you sure about this?

Valeria: It is my right and responsibility.

Abaddon and Valeria stared at each other for a few moments, Abaddon turned around and started to walk away. Glancing back to see Valeria still standing in place he called out to her.

Abaddon: If you don't catch up I find them before you.

Valeria looked surprised before a cheerful smile lit up her face, she quickly ran to catch up to her crush. Abaddon already had their scent so he could track the men with ease however he wanted some information about local gangs and thugs. Soon the two reached an abandoned old building apparently local thugs use this as their meeting area or rest area.  As multiple thugs and criminals were chatting and drinking or smoking inside, the main door was suddenly blown open. The thugs were surprised and shouted in surprise, from the dust they saw a shadow of a person. As the person got closer, his figure was revealed to the thugs. Suddenly a sense of dread washed over them all as they heard a deadly whistle.
