Chapter 1

*kassidy's POV*
As I sat at the park watching Alaina play, Keegan sat beside me. The older Alaina got the more she reminded me of myself. I thought back to when Alaina was little and everything that went on between me and austin. A lot has changed since then. I started having flashbacks of when me and Austin first met. Our good memories and then bad memories and a lot of that I wish it didn't happen but I can't control it now.
"Mommy" I heard a little voice say and it was Keegan. I looked at that sweet little face of his.

"What sweetie?"

"What are you thinking mommy"

"Well baby im just thinking about a lot of things before you and Alaina came along"

"It good?"

"Good and bad"

"Why bad?"

"Well Keegan not everything was good there is bad memories in my past"

"What about daddy"

"What about him?"

"Does daddy think about the past?"

"I don't know Keegan you would just have to ask daddy that"

"Where's daddy?"

The question I always dreaded my kids asking when Austin was gone away... Trying to explain it to a 2 year old isn't going to be easy.

"Keegan daddy is working"

"Where at?"

"He is on tour.."

"What's that?"

"Daddy is famous he has concerts and sings on stage"

"When will he be back?"

"I don't know baby I don't know"

Keegan reminded me so much of Austin. His eyes his smile especially.
I got my phone out of my pocket and saw Ausin had text me then saw the time.

"Alaina come on we have to go home now"

"But mommy"

"Alaina Come on"

"Okay"

Alaina walked over and I picked Keegan up and Alaina grabbed my hand and we walked over to the car. I buckled the kids in and got in the drivers seat and cranked the car. The radio came on and before I started to leave I heard this on the radio and I stopped "Singer Austin Mahone rumored to be quitting his singing career. The singer said in a interview with a magazine that he wanted to retire and be home with his wife and kids. He said he didn't like missing out on his kids life. Mahone has a 5 year old little girl and a 2 year old son. Mahone says he misses having a normal life. Will he quit his career to be with his family?" I got my phone out and called Austin.

*convo*
"Austin are you quitting your career??"

"What are you talking about kassidy"

"Im sitting at the park and I was just about to leave and I heard on the radio you said in a magazine that you might be quitting your career are you? And how come you didn't tell me you were thinking about doing this??"

"Kassidy I've only been thinking about it im sure if I'm going to or not"

"Austin your son is asking where you are and trying to explain it is hard he's asked 3 times already"

"Im coming home next week Kassidy"

"Wait why? Your tour isn't over"

"I know but I miss you and the kids. I can't take not seeing you, Alaina and Keegan"

"Well I gotta go I'll talk to you later. I've gotta get the kids home and fed"

"Alright bye darling I love you"

"Love you too"
