Camila and Luz: what?!
Camila: what do you mean, we can't go home yet?
Me: well, I thought mum had the portal but Belos has taken it
Luz: what about the portal in the forest?
Me: we'd need titans blood
Camila: we could ask King
Me: oh yeah. That might work
Camila: let's go ask then
She stands up
Luz: or, we could wait a day and explore this new world
Camila sighs
Camila: you have school tomorrow and I have work. We need to go today
Luz sighs in defeat. She stands up then we go downstairs to see Lilith handing King a drink
Lilith: anything else?
King: no
He then takes a large sip of his drink
Me: King, we need to talk
Lilith whispers something to King
King: weh?
Me: we need your blood
Lilith: what?! Why?
Me: so, they can go home
As I talk, I gesture to the two humans
Vee: can I come with you?
Camila: of course
King sighs
Lilith: I don't understand why you need Kings blood
Me: we need his blood for the portal
King: alright
He jumps onto my shoulder
Me: let's go
Mum: I'm coming with you
Lilith: I'm also coming so I can see this new portal
Hunter sighs
Hunter: I guess I'm coming as well
We exit the house and began to walk to the portal
At the portal
We arrive at the portal to see it's destroyed
Camila: what happened here?
Lilith: wait? This was the portal
Me: yeah, but who destroyed it?
Luz said sorta happily: I guess we're stuck here until we get the other portal
We all decided to go back home to figure out a plan. We all sit in the living room to think of a plan to defeat Belos
At home
I was sitting on the floor with King sleeping on my lap, as I thought of a way to defeat Belos. I take a glance at Luz who was looking at her phone then I quickly looked back down at the sleeping titan. After a few minutes of thinking, Luz suddenly gasps making everyone look at her
Camila: mija, are you ok?
Luz looks up
Luz: quick, hand me paper and something to draw with
Lilith hands the human a piece of paper from a notebook and a pencil then the human begins to draw on it, taking occasional glances at her phone. Soon, she finishes drawing
Me: what is that?
Luz: it was in your light spell
She says, handing me her phone. I look at it to see she was correct
Mum: how is that possible? Nothing should be in a spell circle
As King sleeps, he stretches one of his legs. He accidentally hits the paper making the paper form into a light spell making everyone's eyes go wide. I soon snap out of it and smile, hugging the human
Me: Luz, you figured it out!
Luz says happily: yeah!
She hugs me back before we stop
Lilith: so, that's how witches used to do magic. Here, Luz. Do it again
She hands Luz another piece of paper. The human girl takes back her phone and copies the symbol again then she taps the paper making it turn into a ball of light
Lilith: that is so fascinating!
Me: I wonder if you can do other spells?
Luz: why don't we try it?
She smirks as she holds up her phone which is adorable. I gently place King on the floor before we both stand up and I think for a second before doing a plant spell as Luz record it. We sit back down then the human witch begins to watch the video, repeatedly tapping her phone
Luz: got it
Lilith hands her the sketchbook then Luz draws another spell before tapping the paper making a vine shoot out and hang from the hanging light
Hunter: that doesn't seem so useful since you can't control it
Vee: maybe there is a way to control it
Me: maybe concentrate on what you want to do with it while you tap it
Luz nods and makes another plant spell, she look at the paper with concentration then taps the paper making the vine come out, attaching to the ceiling and floor
Luz: I did it!
She smiles making me smile
Mum: hey, kid. Let me try
Luz hands her, her phone and the sketchbook with the pencil. Mum draws the spell, taps it, then the paper forms into a light spell
I say with a smile: you know what this means?
Luz: I can do magic?
Me: that and you can help fight Belos
Luz says with a smile: yeah!
Lilith: we should learn as much as we can about these... glyphs
Camila: hold on. Isn't fighting a witch dangerous?
Mum: I agree, but we outnumber him
Camila: are you sure? I don't want to put them in danger
Mum: of course. Y/n is the second powerful witch, after me of course
Lilith: technically, you don't have your powers anymore which means y/n is the most po-
Mum cuts her off
Mum says smirking: nope, doesn't matter if I have powers or not, I'm still most powerful
Lilith: how does that make sense?
Mum and Lilith began to get into an argument
Me: let's leave them be and learn more spells
Luz: agreed
Luz, King, Hunter, Vee, Camila, and I went outside. Luz begins to record me doing different spells
A while later
The sun was beginning to go down and the humans along with Hunter was still learning the magic although only four worked. The fire glyph, the plant glyph, the ice glyph, and the light glyph. Hooty comes over to us
Hooty: teas ready!
We get up and go to the dining room. As we enter the smell of food hits our nose and Lilith and mum wait for us. We sit down and begin to eat. My taste buds dance as I eat the familiar food that I haven't had since forever
Me: oh yeah. Mum, I'm meeting with Augustus and Willow tomorrow at one pm
Mum: alright
