So, I figured out one thing about the device on my arm. It pops up some weird menu full of numbers if I tap the screen. I'm not gonna mess with that for now, but it's interesting at least.

Though, while I was figuring stuff out, I forgot that I was in the open. I currently have a den in some kind of mall, and one of the security guards found me. He was some middle-aged guy with a bit of a beard.

He picked me up. "Hey, whatcha doin' in the building so late? And why're you so small?" When I didn't respond he just shoved me in his shirt pocket.

I sat there for hours, but it felt like years.

Eventually, I heard him sit down somewhere again. He plucked me out of his pocket and stared at me. "So, what even are you, anyways? Some kinda livin' doll?" He must not know what borrowers are. Figures. They only started teaching kids about them recently.

I just shrugged, too stunned to talk. He decided to set me on his desk. "Don't run. I'll have to do somethin' worse than put you in my pocket if you do." I didn't listen. I was too scared. I made a mad dash to try and get off the desk and run away, but he was way ahead of me. He picked me up and held me up to his face.

"Well, I warned ya. Don't be all upset now." Without further warning, he tossed me carelessly into his mouth. I wasn't much more concerned. I've been in this situation more than I can count.

He swished me around for a while. Really seemed to want to taste me. I felt the saliva pool around me. Whatever device is on my arm was waterproof though, so at least there's that. He tilted his tongue, sending me towards his throat. I scurried on instinct, trying to get out. But then...

Gulp!

He swallowed me whole. I was sent down his throat with a good batch of saliva, and landed in his humid, hot stomach. I could feel the walls moving around me. This guy must not have eaten in a while. But then I felt the acid start dissolving me, and I snapped back to the current problem. I was in a giant's gut.

I quickly started trying to find ways out. Then I remembered the device. I tapped the screen and the numbers popped up. I pressed a random one and suddenly--

I was in a calm forest. There was a cozy looking human village nearby. Well, as cozy as it can look when you're a borrower. I don't really know how I got here, but I'm glad I'm not in a stomach now.
