Fox Vampire: Twilight Fanfic

So I've been reading a twilight fanfic about a fox shifter. So I came up with the idea of a vampire with the gift of turning into a cross fox. She was turned at the age of eighteen and has been a vampire since 1924. She's been alone since her newborn year. Her creator was like you're trained now, leave. She's been searching for something for eighty years and may finally find it in Forks Washington. Set in Eclipse and Breaking Dawn.

Willow's POV

Hello everyone, I'm Willow. Just Willow and I'm a vampire. My gift is the ability to turn into a cross fox. As well as pretty good control of my thirst. For my first year of this life I was made to drink human blood. But for the last eighty one years, I've been drinking animal blood. Making my eyes a golden amber colour.

Anyway I just reached the reserve next to Forks Washington and am thirsty. So I hunt in fox form. I find a juvenile mountain lion and begin to stalk it. When I'm within six feet of it, I strike. I pin it with my advanced strength and bite it's should and begin to drink. I soon feel eyes on me.

I release it and it runs off. I look around moving my ears trying to detect anything out of place. I suddenly smell wolves. I take off running and soon hear them running after me. I soon reach a river and jump across it. I hear growls and look back to see two huge wolves. One black and the other rusty brown colour. Guess that was the edge of their territory.

I smirk and roll around teasing them. Like the fox that I am. They growl glaring at me. I give them a fox smirk and trot off in search of more prey. As they interrupted my meal.

(Black family house) Third Persons POV

Sam and Jake enter the house mad. "I need your phone" Same tells Billy who nods his head. Sam grabs it an calls the Cullens.

"Carlisle speaking, how can I help you?" he asks.

"There was a vampire on our land" Sam states.

"Sam, what do you mean?" Carlisle asks confused.

"There was a fox on our land and it was drinking a juvenile mountain lion's blood" Jake states.

"When we gave chase it went onto your land and taunted us" Sam adds.

"We'll find it" Carlisle assures him.

"Make sure it never steps foot on my land again Cullen" Sam tells him before hanging up.

(Cullen house hold)

"We need to split up, go in pairs" Jasper states.

"Should we call Edward?" Alice asks.

"He'll be flying back now with Bella, we can handle this" Carlisle states. They split into pairs and start to search the woods. Soon Jasper picks up the nomad's scent and Alice contacts the others. Before they head for the cloud bank.

Willow's POV

I'm sun bathing in fox form after my hunt. Feeling full and content. I soon smell other vampires and sigh. Why is everyone trying to ruin my mood? I stretch and sit up turning back to human form. Thankful my clothes stay on when I shift. They are the only possessions I have.

I run my fingers through my hair wishing I had a brush. A blonde vampire appears with eyes like mine. "I thought I was the only one" I tell him.

"There are seven of us in this town, five in Alaska" he states.

"Sorry if I'm trespassing, I was just hunting" I tell him.

"I know and understand that. But you upset the wolf shifters on the reserve. We have a treaty with them that prevents us from hunting on their land" he tells me.

"Opps" I say. "I wasn't really paying much attention to my surroundings. When I hunt, I focus on little else" I state.

"I'm Carlisle, Carlisle Cullen" he tells me.

"Willow, just Willow" I tell him. "I smell five others, where's the sixth?" I ask him.

"He is away with his human mate Bella, but they are returning tonight" he states. I nod my head.

"Why don't you all come out and introduce yourselves" I say. The other five appear and Carlisle wraps his arm around a woman. "You're all mates" I say with some sadness.

"You're sad" one says. "I'm an empath, I can feel and manipulate emotions of others. My name is Jasper" he states.

"I'm his mate Alice, I see the future based on the decisions people make" the girl with a pixie hair cut states.

"I'm Emmett, why are you sad?" a dark haired boy asks.

"I've been looking for my mate for eighty one years, I'm beginning to lose hope that I'll ever find him" I state.

"You well, we all have one" the woman beside Carlisle assures me. "I'm Esme" she adds.

"Rosalie" the blonde says.

"Pleasure to meet you all" I tell them.

"Are you going to stay?" Carlisle asks me.

"Maybe, you're the first coven I've seen that drinks animal blood" I state.

"You're the first nomad we've seen that drinks animal blood" Emmett states.

"It was a choice I made after my newborn year" I state. "You see the future right?" I ask Alice and she nods her head. "If I decide to stay, will I find my mate?" I ask her hopeful. She goes into a daze and comes out of it frowning.

"I'm not sure, maybe" she tells me. "I think you hang out with one of the wolves, I can't see pass them" she states.

"Guess I need to find a place then" I state.

"You could stay with us, we have plenty of room" Esme tells me.

"Would that be ok?" I ask Carlisle as he is the leader.

"Lets put it to a vote" he states.

"I say yes" Alice states.

"Same" Jasper says. Rosalie and Emmett agree too.

"That's settled" Carlisle says. "Lets go home" he states. We race back to their house.

"Whoa, cool place" I state.

"Lets go pick your room, then we can design it" Alice states.

"I don't know how long I'm staying" I remind her. She just smiles and leads me upstairs. I pick a room facing the forest. We go downstairs to see Rosalie and Esme already looking up ideas. We join them and begin to brainstorm. I've always been a lone fox, but it feels nice here. Being a part of a coven that feeds on animals. Like a family. I haven't had one since I turned.
