Raya Sarah Black: Twilight Fanfic

Raya Sarah Black is the older sister of Jacob Black. But younger sister of Rachel and Rebecca Black. She is the same age at Bella. Except was born in October. She shifted after Paul and before Embry. She hated not telling her brother, who she used to be very close too. But he'll shift soon and she prays their old bond will return when he does so. Raya is a beautiful white wolf with dark brown eyes.

Raya's POV

I'm lounging in my room listening to music as I write in my journal. Thinking about the latest development. The Cullens had left and supposedly weren't coming back in my life time. I'm a little annoyed. It's their fault I shifted along with the others. But at least we can protect our tribe. Though it sucks being the only girl.

'Stop whining' Paul tells me.

'Why don't you get out of my head' I snap back.

'Seriously you guys can't go a day without fighting' Jared states. I groan in annoyance closing my journal.

'Don't you guys have anything better to do, then annoy me?' I ask them.

'Nope' Paul states.

'We're on patrol' Jared adds.

'Then maybe get back to that before Sam finds out you are slacking off' I tell them. I hear the phone ring downstairs. 'Stay out of my head' I add and head to the kitchen. I see dad on the phone and he looks concerned.

"We'll be right over, I'll call Sam. He and his group know that forest better then anyone. If anyone can find Bella, it's them" he states. "We'll find her Charlie" he assures him and hangs up.

'Sam search and rescue, Bella Swan lost in forest' I state.

'Meet at the usual place' he tells us all.

'Yes alpha' we say.

"I told Sam dad, don't worry we'll find Bella" I assure him.

"Thanks Raya" he says with a smile. "Can you call Jake from the garage, I'll have him drive me" he states. I nod and head outside.

"Yoo Jake!" I call and he pops his head out of the garage. "Dad needs a lift to the Swan house" I tell him. "I'll meet you both there" I add and he nods his head. I run off into the woods. Once out of sight, I shift and take off to the meeting point.

'Ok we have a lost teenage girl in the woods. Be-careful, there will be humans searching for her' Sam tells us.

'Think the leeches hurt her?' Paul asks.

'I don't know, but we must find her' Sam states. 'Raya and I will start near the Swan house, the rest of you fan out' he instructs. We agree and the search begins.

'It's going to rain' I state.

'Then we had better find Bella fast' he states. We pick up the pace. We soon arrive near Bella's house and start to sniff around. Trying to pick up her scent. I soon do and start to follow it. Sam not far behind me.

We hear the search party calling Bella's name. We had to be-careful not to be spotted by them. Especially me with my white fur. Sam blended in more with his black fur. Though it is a little easier with the new moon, less light. It's started to rain lightly.

We soon discover other traces of Bella. Broken twigs, shallow foot prints and some other things. 'I've found her' Sam states.

'On our way Alpha' Jared states. Sam and I disappear into shadows. Shifting into humans and get dressed. Him in shorts. Me in shorts and a tank top.

"Bella" I say concerned as I kneel beside her.

"Have you been hurt?" Sam asks and she looks up at him. "Bella, my name is Sam Uley" he states.

"And it's me Raya Black, Jake's older sister" I add.

"Charlie sent me to look for you" Sam tells her. That seems to strike a chord as her eyes focus a little more. I get to my feet. Sam holds out to his hand to Bella, to help her up. But she just mutters he's gone.

'I think she's to exhausted to walk' I tell Sam through the mind link. He looks thoughtful and shrugs. In a quick and supple notion, he pulled Bella up from the ground and into his arms.

'Lead the way' he tells me. I nod and lead the way back to Bella's house. We reach her house quickly to see the main search party had returned. They were discussing their next move. "We've got her!" Sam calls as we exit the tree line.

We're soon surrounded by everyone. "No, I don't think she's hurt" I assure them.

"She just keeps saying 'He's gone'" Sam adds.

"Bella, honey, are you all right?" Charlie asks very concerned for her.

"Charlie?" she says in a small voice.

"I'm right here baby" Charlie assures her. He takes her from Sam. He staggers under her weight.

"Maybe I should hold on to her" Sam suggests.

"I've got her" Charlie assures us. Sam holds the door open for him. Charlie lays Bella on the couch.

"Dad, I'm all wet" Bella mutters.

"That doesn't matter" he tells her. "Blankets are in the cupboard at the top of the stairs" he tells me. I nod and go get some. When I return Dr. Gerandy is examining Bella. I hand Charlie the blankets. Then go stand with the rest of the pack.

"I don't think there's anything wrong with her. Just exhaustion. Let her sleep it off, and I'll come check on her tomorrow. Well later today actually" Dr Gerandy states. Charlie thanks us all for our help. And Sam & I for finding Bella. We leave the house.

"See you guys later" I tell the pack. They nod their heads and left. I go over to Jake and dad.

"Why were you with Sam?" Jake asks confused.

"Helping him search for Bella" I state.

"You did really well" dad praises me. I smile and we get into dad's car. I drive us home. Once there I say goodnight to them and call it a night.
