{Chapter 11- "My Safe Spot"
Jughead:
As soon as they left, I immediately started to tear up.
Jughead: I was so scared when Veronica told me you were in the hospital, Betty.
I felt her hand take mine.
Betty: I'm sorry I scared you, I'm just happy your here.
I smiled as held her hand, her thumb was gently stroking my hand making me exhale.
Betty:
I felt safe being with him, Jughead was the only person that was able to make me feel this way.
I never really understood why, but when the whole fight happened between us I felt like I wasn't safe anymore.
And now I feel safer then ever.
Veronica: *walks in* Oh uh..
hearing Veronicas voice made me take my hand off his, like nothing even happened between us.
Veronica: You know what I'll come back later.. *smiles*
Before Veronica could leave she bumped into Reggie on his way in.
Reggie: Ronnie, I thought you were gonna have lunch with Betty?
Veronica: I am but I'm giving her space right now..
Reggie: why?
Veronica: *points with her head at them*
Betty: no! Veronica come on, Same with you reggie.
Jughead looked at me and then got up.
Betty: wait..! where are you going?
Jughead: give you some space, and I promised to take Toni to lunch.
Betty: oh! I thought she and Cheryl had a thing going on?
Jughead: *laughs a lil* yeah they are in taking her to lunch as friends since she's been making me lunches since forever so.
Betty: *smiles a lil* oh, well I'll miss you Juggie..
Jughead: *blushes a lil* I'll miss you too betts..
I watched as he grabbed his sweater and looked at me one more time before he left.
