Chapter 2: Meeting Daddy Delsin

Everyone was confused and Barry said, "Delsin is your father, Kallie?"

Kallie nods and says "Yeah, why?"

Barry looks at Delsin and says "That might explain why she stole your smoke powers."

Delsin says "Speaking of, I need to refill the tank. I don't feel anything."

Samantha says "I'll help you"

Delsin looks behind him at the TV and says "Huh? You mind if I..."

Barry says "That's not smoke, Delsin."

Delsin says "I don't just have smoke powers."

Barry nods and Delsin drains the energy from the TV breathes in and out and smiles.

Delsin smiles and says "Now, I feel better."

He turned and everyone was shocked.

Delsin says "What? I told you I didn't have just smoke powers."

Kallie smiles and says "Yeah, Dad, has Smoke, Neon, Video, and Concrete powers."

Delsin says "Can we settle the Dad thing, please? How can I be your father? You look in your 20s."

Kallie says "I'm from the future in 2049."

Caitlin walks over and says "Can I take a DNA sample from you, Delsin?"

Delsin nods and she does.

After a while, she says "Guys?"

They walked over and Caitlin said, "Due to Kallie being half-conduit and half-meta, she's healed at an accelerated rate faster than any other speedster or meta."

Delsin exclaims, "Awesome! There's a highly potent entity in this room."

They looked at him and Barry said, "What?"

Delsin says "If she's my daughter, she might have my ability to... absorb other conduits powers. Maybe when she absorbed my powers she gained that ability."

Caitlin said, "She might, but I don't know anything about the Conduit DNA. So, I don't know if she did or not."

Kallie says "In the future, you and mom always talked about me being a conduit. You guys said it was a possibility due to me being the daughter of one."

Samantha and Delsin say in unison "Oh, boy."

Kallie smiles and says "And you two are still talking simultaneously."

Delsin says "No, we're..."

Kallie says "Don't try to deny it, Daddy."

Samantha smiles at Delsin's expression of surprise and responds, "Don't be surprised, Daddy."

Delsin exclaims, "Oh boy, I'm in trouble!"

Barry chuckles and says, "I had the same thought when I met Nora."

Delsin nods.

Samantha says "Delsin, can I talk to you?"

Delsin nods and says "Sure, where are we going?"

Samantha grabs his hand and says "It's a surprise for parents and daughter."

Delsin nods and says "Sure."

Kallie super-speeds away and Samantha speeds away holding Delsin's shoulder as she takes them to Jitters.

At Jitters

Once they got to Jitters, Delsin got a call and he picked it up and said, "Yeah?"

The voice says "Hey, Delsin."
