Verity lay in her bed, smiling. She had just taken a shower and cleaned her room so she was feeling good about herself. She felt clean.
This was probably the first time in a while she felt good. Ever since the break up shes been depressed and "down in the dumps" as Nick would call it.
She checked the time, 11:02am. She had an hour and a half to get ready since she was getting ready to go out to lunch with the whole group.
She unwrapped herself from her white bedsheets and made her bed. Her pillow was a bit damp from her wet hair laying on it. She walked over to her vanity and turned on the Hollywood mirror lights.
The lights didn't do much since the sun was beaming through her huge window.
An hour passed, she had her hair straight, clothes on and was in the middle of doing her makeup.
Her phone buzzed and she turned to where it was charging. She walked over, picking it up.
Meimei sent a snap
Verity took her phone back to her table to continue doing her makeup. She opened Meithas snap.

Verity smiled and sent a snap back with her tongue out and her unblended concealer, captioned:
"excited to see matt too yk"
she placed her phone back down and continued doing her makeup.
