Verity sat in Meithas room with Mei and Nick, all of them getting ready to go to the beach with the rest of the crew.
Verity had put on one of her two-piece swimsuits as Nick was in the other bathroom. She felt Meitha looking at her, mesmerised. Verity turned around, smiling.
"So, Meitha. What are you wearing to the beach?" Mei looked at her and shrugged.
"I don't know, maybe just some leggings and a tank top?" As Mei said this, Verity knew what was going on. "Mei."
Meitha looked up at Verity, realising that she knows what this was about.
"They won't judge you, I promise. If someone asks a question about your scars, I pinky promise ill slap their face so hard it'll fly off to Russia." Verity smiled, embracing Meitha as she sniffled.
