The third time that day, the same deer herd ran away from the second scene of their fellow deer being hunted down.
The herd ended up running in the direction of Ice pack, because they were hunting for setting to eat.
Anything, from rabbits to deer to elk, Ice pack was hungry. So when the deer herd headed tlin their direction, it was like they were at the right place at the right time.
But Scourge pack was in the same area and they were hunting for deer.
So once Scourgetooth spotted the deer herd trotting along the plain, he knew that lunch was practically in the bag.
Ice and Scourge pack both crept closely over to the deer herd, and then they leapt from their hiding places and went after the deer.
The deer, once again, ran in different directions, only Icemachete and his pack cut them off and attacked ten of them as Scourgetooth and his pack attacked the other deer.
Once wolves realized that they had hunted each other's deer, so they growled and snarled in agitation as they dragged their deer carcasses home to their dens.
