"You okay?" Five asked as you and him walked out of the elevator "I'm scared. I don't know why and of what. Maybe I'm scared of the end? Scared that something else might happen? Scared that we will be apart? Scared what will happen to us?" you said before you looked at him "Five, this was supposed to not be scary because all I have now is you. I have survived an apocalypse, lived through it, lived through The Commission, survived an explosion, have had many closed call with death and it's weird that I'm more scared now than ever. I'm really freaking out. And I---"
But then Five put your face in his hands before he hugged you, giving you a warm and tight hug.
You couldn't help but started crying into his chest. You are not use to cry but after everything that has happened, it was too much bear.
And when Five hugged you, you couldn't hold it back anymore.
While you hoped for a peaceful and calm end, you were still scared. You were scared that something would come in the way.
One of your worse fear was losing Five and you were scared that it was gonna happen. It was.
"I'm scared of losing you. I'm scared of being apart again" you said "It's gonna be okay" he said before he pulled away "We are gonna do down together. Holding each other's hands. We are not gonna be apart. We are going down together, okay?" he said and you nodded.
"But I'm sorry" he said "For what?" you asked "That I couldn't protect you. I vowed to myself that I'll protect you with everything I had that I would not fail you again, no matter what happens, yet...Here we are" he said "I was hoping for saving the world before. Anything just to stop this madness. But maybe....stopping the madness means not saving the universe and maybe you are right. Maybe this is what the universe need" you said and Five looked down.
"I'm so sorry Hon, because of me, you will get that life you deserve. We will never--" "No" you said as you put his face in your hands "This is not your fault, you have done everything you could to stop this and save your family" you said "But now we will never live that life together that we talk about in the apocalypse" he said "I know and I'm also sad about that. But who knows if that plan of Reginald will even work, it might end with one of us dying in the fight. Beside, I rather go down peacefully than go down in pain" you said and he smiled.
"I can do anything, as long as I'm with you. We fight for each other no matter what" he said "No matter what. You know I am with you to the end of the line" you said.
"You mean the entire world to me. I hope you know you are the most amazing, beautiful, most handsome, kind, nicest, loving person I've ever met. I hope you know you are everything to me and am here to stay forever, no matter what, I hope you know that I appreciate everything you do for me and I hope you know that I love you very much. I don't think I've ever felt as comfortable with another human as I have with you. Meeting you has been one of the best things that happened to me and I think about it all the time. You are the only one who can put a smile to my face without even trying and I really enjoy being with you" he said and you smiled.
