Flashback start...

"Can I ask you about something?" Five asked and you nodded "If I died, would you get married again?" he asked "That's a bullshit question. I wouldn't let you die" you said "But like what if it was like outside your control. Like I died in an accident or get cancer or something" Five said.

"I would march down in hell and drag your ass back out" you said "What if I was at peace in the afterlife and didn't want to come back" he said "I don't care what you want, you think I'm living without you. You're crazy" you said "Aww" he said before he realized what you said "Wait, why'd you just assume I would go to hell?" he asked "Have you met yourself" you said "Alright, you got a point, sometimes I can't even believe that you are able to tolerate me" he said and you both started laughing as you looked at each other.

'God I love her' Five said inside his head.

Luther was in shock and he almost jump when he saw his brother which he thought was in the bedroom, coming up the stairs to the living room.

Five have being too exhausted to blink, so he have carried you all the way back from Gabe's apartment to Elliott's apartment and it was not a short walk, especially not when you are so exhausted as Five was. He was close in either falling on his knees or dropping you from exhaustion, but he fight through the pain and exhaustion so he could save you.

"What the hell, I thought you were in the bedroom" Luther said but then his eyes landed on you who was bleeding and unconsciously as you were laying in Five's arms.

"What happen?" Luther asked he also noticed the cuts and blood on his brother "You are hurt" he said as he walked closer to him.

Five didn't answered, he was panting and breathing heavily "Five what the hell happen?" Luther asked again.

But instead of answering, Five let out a grunt as he fell on his knees, still holding you in his arms.

He was very close in collapsing from exhaustion.

Luther quickly rushed over to him and he could see that Five was doing his best in not dropping you.

"Let me take her" Luther suggested "No" Five said "Five, you can't---" "No" Five said as he denied Luther any opportunity to help, he didn't want anyone to touch you, not that he didn't trust Luther, but he just wanted to make sure that you were safe yourself.

"Please let me take her, you are too exhausted" Luther said "No, I got this. Don't touch her" Five said "I'm not gonna hurt her, so please let me---" "NO" Five snapped at his brother.

He let out a grunt as he gritted his teeth while he got to his feet again. 

He then took you to your room where he started cleaning up your cuts and wounds and stitched them up before cleaning his.

Luther actually came into the room to check if anything was okay, but only to find Five sitting sitting on a chair next to bed, staring at you.

Luther still couldn't believe that his relentless, sarcastic and cold brother staring with hope and sadness at someone.

He could see that Five loved you, whoever you were, even so you are not that woman Five once knew, Luther could see that Five loved you with all his heart and he did. He was not ready to give up.
