When we started walking to the Emily Household, it was maybe like, 10:34 am, but when we got to the Emily Household, it was dark out. It never took this long if we were driving. Then again, I guess we get there faster when we drive.
If you're wondering what happened to our car, the ceiling fell, blocking both entrances and exits to the garage, where the car was being held.
"Welcome to our home!" Cheered Meyuki.
"You'd make a good cheer-leading captain," I suggested.
"Shut up." She replied. We just started laughing our lungs out, "You need to - stop - joking around," Meyuki gasped in between laughs, "Anyways, I'll knock on the door, and I'll also introduce you guys to my family! Besides my mum," She cheered, like I said, she'd be a good cheer-leading captain.
Meyuki knocked on the door, and it was answered by a man with light brown hair kinda like Meyuki's but more brown than blonde, he was wearing a night-guard uniform, and he was holding a coffee cup with the words, '#1 Coffee Cup'.
"Oh, hello, you guys look terrible, but come on in! My name is Henry Emily, I'm Meyuki's father," He said cheerily.
"Thank you very much Mr. Emily, my name is Fiona Sheba, it's nice to meet you," said my mum.
"You guys are welcome to stay here until you have enough to buy a new house, there's a new house being built next-door, it'll be finished in a few months, if you want to live there," said Mr. Emily. I swear that I saw him freeze when my mum stated her name, but it's probably nothing.
