Ingredients:
- 250g butter
- 200g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 10ml vanilla
- 360g flour
- 3g baking soda/ 9g baking powder
- 1tsp salt
- 100g choco chip
- 50g lemongrass stalks chopped to bits
- 10ml green food colorProcedure:
1. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Set aside.
2. Beat lemongrass bits, butter, and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, and food color; mix well.
3. Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Drop by rounded cookie dough onto baking sheets, at least 2 inches apart
5. Baked at 190°C for 10 minutes.
6. Cool on baking sheets 1 minute. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
