Pork Giniling

Ingredients:

- Pork Giniling (ground pork)
- Diced potatoes
- Diced carrots
- Minced garlic
- Minced onions
- Green peas
- Tomato sauce
- Salt & pepper
- Pineapple chunks
- Raisins

Procedure:

1. In a pan, heat some cooking oil over medium heat.

2. Sauté the minced garlic and minced onions until they become fragrant and slightly translucent.

3. Add the Pork Giniling (ground pork) to the pan. Cook and stir it until it's browned and cooked through.

4. Stir in the diced potatoes and carrots. Continue to cook and stir for a few minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.

5. Pour in the tomato sauce, and mix it well with the meat and vegetables.

6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasonings according to your preference.

7. Add the green peas, pineapple chunks, and raisins to the pan. These will add a sweet and tangy flavor to the dish.

8. Stir everything together and let it simmer over low to medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender, and the flavors have melded.

Taste the Pork Giniling and adjust the seasoning if needed.
