"Thanks for today Hae"
"No problem Yuna besides you offered it to me. I should be the one thanking you"
"That is true" she chuckled "Let me lock up the store so we can go together"
"Sure"

I packed my stuff and waited for her outside

"Okay done, let's go"
"It's nice to still know someone here, I've hardly met with a lot of our school mates"
"Oh most of them are still in Korea. In fact I'm on my way to meet some, wanna come?"
"Uh not really"
"Still uncomfortable by the drama you left behind?"
"Oh my gosh, don't say that" I dramatically said
"Most people felt bad anyways" she chuckled "You really should thank your brother"
"My brother?"
"Oh he didn't tell you?"
"I guess it was kind of my fault, I didn't really talk to him once I left for the states"
"Oh"
"Anyways, what did he do?"
"You ask him"
"Ugh whatever. Oh Yuna, Do you know a Sunghoon"
"As in Park Sunghoon?"
"Park?"
"Yeah, if it's Park then yes. Why?" She looked at me "Oh have you met him. The gracious yet cold partner of the ruthless and mean Park Jay"
"Partner?" I was thrilled
"Oh sim Hae-Jeong, you have a lot to catch up on" she laughed "this is my stop, bye"

I waved back at her and sat alone recalling our conversation. I know a Park Sunghoon but is he the Park Sunghoon I know? I wondered to myself. It was dark last night so I couldn't even place the face. HECK! it was dark the time I also met the Park Sunghoon I know.

My head was throbbing with all these puzzle pieces and what does she mean by partner with Jay?

I reached home and went up to Jakes' room.

"Bro we need to talk" I barged in
"You don't know how to knock? have you lost your manners since you went to the states?"
"Ew don't say that, you sound like Park Jay"
"Park Jay? did you meet him again?"
"Yeah briefly yesterday"
"Did he do anything?" he asked curiously and his face could tell her was worried
"Chill, someone stopped him which I'm guessing is a friend of yours. A guy named Sunghoon said I should tell you hi"
"Sunghoon?"
"Yeah? do you know him?"
"Of course, he's a Park"
"Partner with Jay right?"
"You could put it that way"

I sighed laying unto his bed.

"Aren't you done?"
I hummed in response
"Then why aren't you leaving?"
"Did you do anything while I was in the states?" I asked
"Why do you ask" He suddenly looked serious
"I just heard you did that's why I'm asking"
"It's in the past let's forget about it"
"Jaeyun! answer"
"It's not that serious, forget about it now please leave my room, I need to think about something"
"You're being secretive and I don't like it"
"Not like you'd tell me anything in the past now leave"
"Whatever!" I said annoyed and left

"I'm sorry Yuna, I'll be a bit late today" I said on the phone
"It's alright, I doubt it will be busy today"
"Okay, thanks. See you soon"

I ended the call and packed the gift bags I left on the table.

"Off to where?" Jake called out
"She's off to see her savior, son" My mom replied to him
"Don't say it like that, it sounds like I'm in love or something"
"Who's in love?" My dad said walking in
"No one" I replied "I'm just off to see the doctor that helped me in the past"
"Oh okay, That makes sense. I was scared for a sec" Jake replied
"Tsk"
"I heard you got a job?" My dad asked, adjusting his look in the mirror
"Yeah it's a minor one for now"
"Oh where?" my mom asked
"The salon nearby"
"You do normal labor?" she replied sounding disgusted
"It's better than doing nothing" he said opening the door "I'm off to work, goodbye"
"I'll be off too. bye" I took my leave saying that

I gave the bags to my driver and entered into the car

"Good morning sir, did you get the bouquets I asked for?"
"Yes Miss Sim, to the salon?"
"To the family hospital please"
"Okay ma'am"
