"Soren!" Callum yelled. "Get back! She downed three guards without effort! Run!" Soren didn't back down. "Get behind me, Prince Callum." Soren said. "Prince?" The elf almost shouted. "Oh, no. Yer not goin' anywhere."

Callum shook with fear. He waited until the mysterious moonshadow looked back at Soren, then darted for the door faster than she could swing her blade. He ran and ran once more. He saw his brother, Prince Ezran, ahead of him. He motioned for him to run, and followed close behind him when he did.

"Callum, follow me," Ezran said, darting towards a trapdoor. They both climbed down. Callum shut the trapdoor behind him. "Come on! Hurry!" Ezran said. The elf followed close enough to see where they went. Ezran had been eating jelly tarts.

He pressed in the rocks and stones on the wall. "What are you doing, Ezran?"
A staircase opened up behind them!
"Woahhh...." "Come on!" Ezran shouted.
The staircase closed when they got down into the secret chamber.

"When did you find out about that?" Callum asked. "I found out when I bumped into that wall one day while exploring." "And she can't follow us?" Callum questioned. "No way. Just because I found out there was a code, doesn't mean I knew the code right away." Ezran answered.

The staircase opened again. The elf stepped down the steps in long strides. "How did you-" "I just pressed all the stones with the jelly handprints." The elf said, cutting off Callum's sentence. "Crud..." Ezran said. "So, who's the kid... Prince Callum?" Said the moonshadow maiden. "Do you know her?" Ezran said, surprised. "Uhh.. no. Well, kinda, so yes, in a way." Callum stuttered.

"Who is he?!" She started to raise her voice. "He's just a kid." Callum said , putting his hand in front of his little brother. "Ohhh.... I think I know who the kid is. Let's play a game. I say who I think you are, and you tell me if I'm right, Prince Ezran." The elf said. Ezran gasped.

"Listen, you don't have to do this!" Callum yelled. "Yes I do. It's my duty to end his life." The elf responded. Ezran whimpered at this, and held his glow toad friend, Bait, tight. "Why?" Ezran asked. "Because your father killed the king of the dragons and destroyed the egg of Azymondias, the dragon prince."

"Wait. What's that sound?" Ezran asked. A bubbling, sparkling sound was coming from something in the corner. It was under a cover. It sounded.....
                            alive.

Ezran uncovered it. The elf stared, mesmerized. "Is that..." She started to say. "The egg." Callum said, finishing her sentence. "It wasn't destroyed."
"This changes everything."
