Personality - Rosemary is kind and nurturing. She loves dragonets extremely, even though she hates the idea of (the process of) having her own. Rosemary is the kind of dragon to immediately understand you, and learns very quickly whether or not each dragonet wants solutions for their problems versus just wanting to talk. Rosemary is extremely protective of Minty and the dragonets she raises. She acts like a mother for some, a big sister for others, and a close friend for some as well, depending on how they act around her and what she thinks they need the most. Rosemary is a hard worker and very determined. When she or the dragonets she raises wants something done—it gets done. Rosemary is an empath and very emotional. She throughly feels the emotions of those around her, but manages to hide the bad emotions around the youngest ones (which she calls littles) and those who would get stressed out or feel horrible from it.

Life as a Dragonet - Rosemary was physically abused (mainly scratching and hitting) by her father ever since her grandmother, Elegant passed from a mass murder. Her mother did nothing to help her, and sometimes provoked Vine to hurt Rosemary when Starhunter was feeling particularly angry with her daughter. Little Rosemary would lie, shaking, on the floor as her father hurt her, covering her body with her delicate wings as to experience as little damage as possible. When her little sister, Minty, hatched, Rosemary was now also tasked in protecting her from Vine. She covered her little sister under her wings, clutching the small dragonet in her arms. Therefore, her wings got extremely torn up and scratched, and now she is unable to fly but can glide short distances.

Life as a Teen - One day, Rosemary and Minty were let outside by their mother to help plant flowers (it was one of her good days) and Rosemary picked up little Minty and fled into the rainforest. Neither her mother nor her father cared enough to look for them, and they kept on running, living in the Night Kingdom for a year or two before finally finding a home—A sheltered valley nearby Jade Mountain. After a year in the valley, Rosemary stumbled upon a young tribrid teen, like her, who had run away from their abusive parents. Out of pure instinct, she invited the dragon to stay with her in the valley. One day, the dragon suggested starting to scout for tribrid dragonets who needed help, and to create a sort of home for them in the valley. Rosemary, loving the idea, began scouting along with the dragon to find tribrid dragonets and ended up creating Sunrise Valley. After years of raising dragonets, a young animus who was passing by, (presumably trying to be helpful) enchanted Rosemary to forever stay a teen, and therefore she could take care of these dragonets forever. While Rosemary loves her job, she fears the day when she has to be there when one of the dragons die.
