Chapter 40

~Madison~

I was in my room - well Ace's room - on my phone when there was a sudden knock, ''enter'' I shout, the blondie person comes through and I smile when I realise it's Ella.

''Hey'' I pat the sit beside me on the bed and she sits there, ''I know I'm asking for a lot-'' I cut her off ''just ask me'' I roll my eyes playfully ''can I please, please barrow a dress- of course, only if you have a spare one or if you want to.''

''Of course I have a spare one, and of course I want you to have it'' I get up and go in the closet where I threw some of my clothes with Ace's.

''What do you want to wear?'' I shout so she could hear me from the bedroom, ''I don't mind'' she shouts back and soon comes inside the closet.

''Hmm-'' I look at her and back at the three dresses, ''you would look good in blue'' I put the dress on top of her and nod ''yep this one'' I then go to the pile of high heels and find some beautiful blue ones and give them to her aswell.

''Thank you so much Madison!!'' She hugged me tight, ''it's fine!! You don't have to worry!!''

''What are you gonna wear?'' I shrug, I haven't decided yet; ''I'm still thinking'' she nods, ''the party is in 3 hours I'll go get ready, I nod and let her leave'' I should have gotten ready 2 hours ago because I know I'm gonna be late with only 3 hours to spare. I sigh when I look at the time.

I go throw my 100 pair of dresses, I'm thinking going with something gold, ''Aha!!'' I say when I find the perfect gold mini dress.

I put it on and it beardy covered anything, but that's the point right? Sluts or nothing.

I paired it up with a pair of gold high heels which straps were long and with a shiny gold purse to match the look.

I went in with a golden make up look, if I went with the clothes I might as well just go full in, right? I put some eyeliner in he look and it looked fabulous.

(That's not how she looks like it's just the face and the make up)

By the time I'm done, it's 10pm which means I'm almost late, BUT not late. So I did it!!! Yay!!!!

I straightened my hair and gave it a blow out at the bottom, the highlights were fun for as long as they lasted but I'm going back to my normal brunette hair tomorrow, it's a nothing me how it's not matching with my outfits.

To be honest my hair is ruing it but it's fine, I have to spark spray somewhere I know it!!

After 10 minutes of looking for a stupid spray bottle I finally find it, I quickly spray some on my hair and it makes it look fabulous. I look at myself in the mirror one last time before heading down the stairs.

People were already here, I went down the stairs and everyone stopped talking, typical reaction. They took their phones out and took pictures and videos.

''Madison'' Emily took my hand, she looked down at the people in the hall and smiled ''this is my future daughter in law, she's known as Madison Lopez, you might know her as a famous singer'' everyone cheered, I smiled at them and scanned the crowds for the girls, I found them taking pictures of me, I excused myself and ran up to them.

''Well that's very short'' Elenor gave me look and I ignore it ''I need to show you guys something'' they give me a look again and I continue ''I found a book, and well, I'm being paranoid I know-'' Ella cut me off ''it's one of you're sex books right?'' I shake my head quickly ''no!! I swear- it's- it's weird. Just come in my room at midnight, we can sleep there'' they nod.

''Girls!! Come meet some people'' Emily shouts for us and we go meet people and take pictures.

Im changed into my pjs sat on my bed with the girls, ''okay so I was snooping around and I found this book in the shelf but it's not a story book or anything'' Elenor took the book from my hand and analysed it.

She opened it and looked through the names, ''your name will be there next'' she joked with a laugh and I gave her a glare ''what's so weird about it'' asked Avery, ''yeah, I mean, it's probably just a book about all the people in the family or something. Nothing too weird'' Ella added, ''look in the back'' I pointed to the book.

Elenor flicked through the pages, she then turned to the last one, ''it's ink right..?'' Ella's eyes widen at the sight, Avery looked at me and then at Elenor for confirmation, ''I think it's ink.. right..?'' I look at Elenor who then shakes her head, ''no, it's not. Look at the writing, it's clearly made with a finger and the so called 'ink' is blood. And not only that, but it's freshly put on here'' she added, Me, Avery and Ella gasped.

''What does it say!!'' Avery asked me, ''it says 'run as fast as you can. or else..'' Ella shook her head ''nah man, that's some creepy shit I don't want to get myself involved with, like be so fucking for real, I think someone's trying to kill you Madison'' I push her slightly, and give her a glare, I turn to Elenor ''nones killing me.. yeah..?'' I asked my tone soft, ''nones killing you Madison'' I relive a breath I didn't realise I was holding.

''Omg, this is scary'' Avery said hugging a pillow, she then threw it on the floor with a disgusted look ''what the fuck? Why is it wet?!'' Mine, Ella's and Elenor's jaws drop, they all three look at me in disbelief, ''I swear I changed the sheets and the pillow covers.. it can't be..'' they relived a breath they were holding and looked back at me.

''I think someone is trying to tell you something?'' Elenor shrugged, ''well.. should I tell Ace?'' Avery quickly said no. ''There is no need to tell Ace, if there is anything going on, then he won't tell you, you need to find out by yourself with our help, plus we can't trust him or Ellison and Ethan, they both work for him'' Elenor agreed and so did Ella.

I don't know how I feel about this, hiding it from Ace seems wrong..
