Chapter 29: Destinies

Adzima POV

As we were still in shock and cannot proceed what just happened, Falco already fought against the Soul Devourers and the heroes while shouting to wake us up. 
Falco:"Get yourselves together, guys!" 
Falco:"These heroes have been possessed, and if you don't do anything, you will be possessed too or worse, killed!" 
The Troublemakers woke up from their trance and immediately rushed to help Falco. 
Fian:"Sorry, Captain" 
Arvin:"By the way, I thought regular bullets don’t work on Superman, so how did you manage to hurt him?" 
Falco:"Kryptonite bullets" 
He then showed a special gun glowing with green light, different from the one he used against the Soul Devourers. 

Tetron:"That's not something ordinary people can have" 
Tetron:"Also..." 
Tetron glanced at us and then zapped us a little with his magic. 
Tetron:"Snap out of it already, guys!" 
We all immediately snapped out of the trance and rushed to help in the battle. 
Dwiyan:"Dude! Did you have to zap us like that?" 
Tetron:"Captain already yelled at us, but none of you moved, you guys just stood there like fools, so I had to do something with more impact" 
Qori:"Geez, being called a fool by someone dumber than me, really has more impact"

Some of us laughed at Qori's comment. 
Tetron:"Qori, can't you stop insulting us for a moment?" 
Qori:"Nope!" 
Almost everyone laughed at that, momentarily forgetting that we were in the middle of a fight. Falco and I quickly reminded them. 
Falco & Adzima:"Guys, focus!" 
Everyone:"Sorry" 
They then refocused on the battle against the Soul Devourers and the heroes. While I was involved in the fight, I saw something flying toward me at high speed. Fortunately, Falco managed to catch it before it hit me. 

Falco:"Batarangs... So you have been possessed too, Bats?" 
We then saw the Bat-family emerge from the shadows. 
Dwiyan:"Shit! If the Bat-family is already possessed too, our chances of winning this have sunk to the bottom of the Davy Jones" 
Falco:"Just focus on your fight! I will handle them myself" 
Everyone nodded, and I quickly stood beside Falco, facing the Bat-family. 
Adzima:"Let me help, my Prince" 
Falco shook his head. 
Falco:"No need, Princess. You can help the others" 

Falco then rushed to fight the Bat-family alone. I sighed and glanced at the others, who were fighting the heroes. Empat Sekawan were fighting the Fantastic Four, Dwiyan and Dela were fighting Aquaman and Mera, Jovita, with Hilda and Ayu's help, was fighting Wonder Woman, Septian was fighting another Green Lantern, and Tetron and Fian were fighting Dr. Strange. Ramadhan and Ryan were fighting Flash, while the others dealt with the remaining heroes. I sighed as I saw this. 
Adzima:"Looks like I have to help them" 
I then saw Elsa cornered by Supergirl, who was preparing to attack her with her heat vision. I quickly created a large ice wall in front of Elsa and rushed to help her. 

Adzima:"Of all the heroes here, why did you choose to fight a Kryptonian?" 
Elsa:"I didn't choose! She attacked me when I was busy helping Qori" 
Not long after that, Supergirl destroyed my ice wall with her laser eyes, causing Elsa and me to panic. 
Adzima:"What should we do now? We can't win against a Kryptonian without Kryptonites" 
Elsa:"Why not ask for help from your Prince?" 
Adzima:"He's fighting the Bat-family... alone right now" 
Elsa:"Okay... that is way more dangerous than here"

Supergirl was ready to attack us, but suddenly Falco's jet arrived, firing missiles that exploded into green smoke around her, significantly weakening her. The jet kept firing at her until she fell, then redirected its attention to save us by targeting the heroes we were facing. With the jet's help, we easily defeated the heroes and Soul Devourers. Except for Falco, we all gathered to check on each other. 
Fian:"Is everyone okay?" 
Dwiyan:"Not completely 'okay,' but we’ll survive" 
Arvin:"Where’s Captain?" 
Adzima:"He's fighting the Bat-family"

Everyone was shocked when I said that. 
Tetron:"What? Alone? That’s suicide!" 
Artha:"He even sent the jet to help us, but not himself. What’s that guy thinking?" 
Aditya:"We need to help him, quickly!" 
We immediately rushed to help Falco, but before we could reach him, Falco's jet, which had been helping us, suddenly fell and exploded. From the wreckage, a silhouette appeared—an unhuman figure exuding an incredibly terrifying aura, freezing us all in fear. 
Veri:"Shit! He’s here"

The silhouette began to approach us, increasing our fear and tension. Falco suddenly appeared in front of me, ready to fight, but he wasn't in the best condition as well—his mask was gone, and his watch was broken. We could clearly see that he was as scared through his sunglasses just as we were. 
Falco:"What is this terrifying aura? He’s not one of the heroes or the Soul Devourer. Who, or what is he?" 
Adzima:"He is... Zalgo" 
Adzima:"The demon who’s ruining this world, the master of the Soul Devourers" 
Falco tensed even more when he heard that.

Our fear grew as Zalgo drew closer, his demonic features becoming more apparent. Four terrifying horns jutted from his head, and his sharp claws and teeth glinted in the dim light, ready to tear flesh. What was even more horrifying was his decaying skin, hanging from his massive body, evoking a primal fear of the unknown and the unholy. 
Zalgo:"So you’re the insects who always ruin my plans. Who do you think you are, daring to interfere with me?" 
Zalgo's voice was filled with harshness and a chilling coldness that sent waves of fear and anxiety through us.

We were all too scared to speak, except for Falco. 
Falco:"We are not insects!" 
Falco:"We are the ones who hold the fate of everyone" 
Falco:"We are the ones who will return the peace of this world" 
Falco:"We... are Destinies!!!" 
Falco’s words, spoken with clarity and unwavering conviction, gave us a sense of calm and motivation. He then pointed at Zalgo, mocking him. 
Falco:"And we... will definitely defeat you!" 
We all immediately took positions behind Falco, ready to fight.
