George and I are waiting 'till we can get to Liam, I'm so fucking worried. "So... you're his best friend?" He asks. I nod. "Yeah, and his boyfriend" I say. "But my boss isn't allowed to know that or he'll fire us" I say, George nods understanding. "Ah, okay, for how long you guys know each other?" I notice he's asking these questions to keep me a bit calm, but I don't mind. "I know him since our first year of high school, so like thirteen years I guess?" "And for how long are you guys together?" "Not for long, just a few weeks yet."

The short female doctor walks out of the room and gets back in. "That's doctor Bailey" George says. "She's really good." "And she's helping Liam?" George nods. "Yeah." A girl with short brown hair walks by. "Lexie" George asks. "Who's with doctor Bailey?" Lexie thinks. "I think Meredith." "Okay." The girl named Lexie walks away again. "Doctor Grey is with doctor Bailey" George says to me. "Erm, are they good?" "She's really good yeah, the best first year resident if you ask me, she already went trough a lot, she's really strong." I sight. "Okay, that gives me a bit rest."

Fifteen minutes later a blonde girl walks out of the room towards George and me. "Hello, I'm doctor Grey" she says. "Zayn, Zayn Malik." "And you're Mr. Payne's friend?" She asks, I nod. "Okay, he's stable now, so you can come with us, he hasn't woke up yet and doctor Bailey is still doing some tests but you can just sit by his side if you want." I nod again. "George, can you let him see where Mr. Payne is?" George nods. "Sure!"

I walk with George to the room where Liam is in. "Hello doctor Bailey" George says to doctor Bailey. She nods short at him. After a few minutes she walks out of the room, I slowly walk to Liam, his eyes are closed and he looks so tiny in the big, white, hospital bed, his cheeks are a bit hollowed and he's peacefully sleeping. "God, Li" I mumble soft, I intertwine my fingers gently with his. When I look behind me I see doctor Bailey and George are softly talking. After a while doctor Bailey walks away. "What's wrong with Liam?" I ask to George.

"Well... Liam seems to haven't eaten enough for a long time" he says. I sight. "You know didn't you?" I nod. "Sort of" I say. "Liam didn't confessed it, but I noticed he was just eating way less" I say. "Hm yeah" George says. "You know, Liam was always a bit insecure about his body but I never thought it was this bad..." I say. "I feel so bad for not noticing..." "Liam probably hid it very good" George says. "Yeah, he did..." "Well, don't feel bad about not noticing it then." I smile soft. "Thanks." "I need to do rounds, but I'll come back in like fifteen minutes. I nod. "Okay."

After a while Liam wakes up. "Hey Li, babe, you're awake" I say, I squeeze his hand soft. "Zayn?" "Yeah, I'm here, I'm here, everything's going to be fine love" I say, I give Liam a kiss on his forehead. "Where- Where am I?" He asks. "You're in the hospital Li, you passed out at school and needed CPR" I explain. "Oh god..." he mumbles. "Is it... because I ate to less?" He asks soft, it's barely a whisper. "Yeah" I answer, Liam's eyes tear up. "I'm so sorry Z" he whispers.

"Hey, it's okay, it's okay." I stroke with my fingers trough his hair. "It's okay baby, you don't have to be sorry" I say, I press a short kiss on his lips. "Do you still remember passing out?" I ask. Liam nods. "Yeah, I do." "Can you tell me a bit more about it love?" Liam nods soft.

"I ate very less for a few days, and I felt dizzy the whole day. Instead of explaining the students stuff I let them work on the exercise I gave them, so I was walking in and out some music rooms, and when I turned around after te last music room I saw big black holes in my sight, I knew I was gonna pass out so I mumbled something like that. And the last thing I can remember is that Bella said the other girls needed to get you and Simon because I was gonna pass out. And I think I fell and passed out after that." Liam says.

"Those girls saved your life Li, Bella was giving you a sort of CPR, if she didn't felt your pulse or tried to give you CPR you wouldn't be here anymore" I say. "Well, I'm gonna thank her when I'm out of this place" he says, a soft smile appears on his face, but it's a fake one, I can't see it. "You don't have to smile my love" I say. Liam sights and let his fake smile drop.

After a few minutes George comes back. "Ah, Mr. Payne you're awake" he says. "Please call me Liam" Liam says, he smiles soft to George. "Okay" George says, he smiles back. "Dr. Shepherd is gonna come here to bring the results of the MRI because you fell on your head, Liam, and after that there will come a therapist to talk to you" he says. "Okay" Liam says soft. George smiles short at me and walks away again.

I'm still holding Liam's hand when a dark haired doctor walks in. He's pretty handsome, or am I not allowed to say that right now? Never mind, he's just good looking. Don't worry y'all, I have a boyfriend and he's still way prettier than this random doctor and this isn't a kind of high school story where I cheat on my boyfriend.

"Hello" he gives me and Liam a hand. "I'm doctor Derek Shepherd, I won't stay long, but I was just gonna say that the MRI looks good."

He looks at Liam. "We're gonna keep you here for one night in observation, and I'm sorry sir" he looks at me. "But I need to ask you to leave after the therapist talked with you and Mr. Payne." I nod.

Doctor Shepherd talks with us for a minute and leaves then. "I'm scared, do I need to tell the therapist what's wrong?" Liam asks. "Yeah, you need to Li, I know it's hard for you love but you really have to try that. I want you to get better" I say, stroking trough his hair again. "Yeah... I want that too." "Good."

I finished writing this story, so in a few chapters it's done :( buuuuut I am gonna post it faster now so you have a lot to read Hihi
