The reason this isn't in my other book is because it wouldn't make sense, so this is a book just about RiRa. I also wanted to see how much drama I could get in this. Lemonn out!

(Rachel's POV)

I just got off the phone with my Mom. Apparently she had an overnight shift, and my Dad had to stay at his work for another month, due to their boat's motor breaking.

I guess we won't have a family dinner anytime soon. I thought looking down.

"What was that about?" Rory asked from the kitchen.

"Me and my parents just won't have a family dinner tonight." I answered.

"Oh..." Rory said setting down the apple he grabbed, "Well, we could hang out?"

"Okay." I said. It was probably best if I ignored my parents being gone, if I didn't, it would hurt emotionally.

"We could go to the beach!" Rory said.

"Sure, that sounds fun." I said.

Rory flew upstairs, probably to get ready. I went to the kitchen and grabbed a few snacks and put them in a picnic basket, and a first aid kit, just in case.

"I'm ready, Rachel!" Rory said.

"Hey Rory?" I said.

"Yeah?"

"Could you maybe be in human form, for today, just in case someone sees you?" I asked.

"Sure."

(Time skip to the beach, cause I'm BoReD)

I had biked me and Rory all the way to the beach, and I stopped at the end of the path, which was right above the beach.

I looked at the ocean as the waves crashed against the shore. The beach was one of my favorite places to go.

"Rachel."

"Yes, Rory?" I said looking down at him.

"There's someone laying on the shore... they look unconscious."

I looked to where Rory was pointing. There was someone on the shore, and they did look unconscious.

They also looked familiar. Maybe I knew them, maybe I didn't, I was going to help them.

I set the bike on the fence that surrounded the pathway, so you wouldn't fall off, and ran towards them.

When I reached him, I knew exactly who he was.

Ira... what in the world did you do?

"It's him, that one mercinare!" Rory shouted as he ran up to me.

"He has a name, Rory." I said sitting down next to Ira so I could see what happened.

"He unconscious, let's just leave him here!" Rory said trying to drag me by my arm, but failing.

"We can't do that, he could die!" I said tugging my arm out of his grasp.

"Fine, but if he wakes up and attacks you, I'm not helping!" Rory huffed crossing his arms.

I lightly touched Ira's forehead, which was really warm. He also looked beat up.

"What did you do?" I murmured under my breath.

I put my arms around Ira and dragged him towards a tree. Shade would be best for this situation.

It felt awkward, I mean, he was my enemy.
