She, who had changed back into a stunning lady, awaited Charles's room lamp to go out so that she could climb the hotel wall and enter his room through the window from the pergola of the hotel's garden. But in the shadows, Charles had seen someone sitting in the garden and looking out of his window. He closed the window and went to the hotel lobby to join his pals. When Charles shut the window, Sophia went back to the hotel lobby and remained there until late that night, sitting behind Charles and his friends while reading a newspaper.
She got up after Charles and his friends went to their rooms to sleep, went to the garden, and changed back into her true form, a snake. From the garden, she was able to access the balcony of the hotel's fifth floor, entered one of the rooms there through an unlocked window, and then went to the cold vent. She went to the room where John was, turned into a woman again, and opened the window of his room. Once the window was open, she turned into a snake, entered the closet, hid there until John went to sleep, and then attacked him.
Because she could tell that John was a very frail person from the way they first met on the plane by the way he spoke to her and the way he gave her his phone number, Sophia had chosen him as her first victim. Now that she has his mobile number, if she didn't succeed in her first attack, she would call him on the phone and set up a meeting without anyone else knowing, and she could make him fall in love with her at that meeting.
But John saw the snake in his room and screamed for help. Seeing the situation as dangerous, the snake quickly escaped through the window of the room that she had opened before. Then she hid in the balcony of the window of Charles's room. All the hotel rooms were connected to each other by the balcony, and it was easy to pass through them.
Having failed in his first attempt to kill John, she called him that night and told him that she would come to the hotel to see him, but he must not tell his friends about this romantic appointment.
