I smiled at him and it was the first time that Drystan smile at me.I was too happy to see him like this.

"I will come back now.But first take medicine and than you can eat all this."He said."Okay,But after that I am not gonna eat any medicine."I said.

"That doesn't matter now.I am talking about now so don't think about next."He said with no expression.I just nodded my head as yes. He went outside without saying anything.He changed his behaviour within seconds. Sometimes become sweeter and sometimes the worst.

I waited for him too much.It's been 1 and half hour since he went outside but still no clue of him.I didn't have his number.I started becoming worried about him.

"Mr.Cadmus Caspian,why are you not taking medicine?"Doctor asked."Doctor,I don't want to eat it.I told you before that I hate it and i will not eat it.And Bring Drystan back right now."I shouted.

"Sir,we don't want to disturb our other patients,so please keep your voice down whether I have to take action against you. I mean we will not tolerate you anymore.So don't talk like this to doctor and don't shout. Understand?"She said."Well,I don't want to disturb anyone here but please can you call Drystan for me.I want to talk to him."I said calmly.

"We don't have their phone number.And they said that they will come back so first you have to take your medicine and than talk."Doctor said with being a little tempered.

Till now I was controlling my anger inside but I was feeling like something is strange.How can not have record in their hospital they wouldn't let anyone inside without information.I have to figure out things so i didn't say anything and pretend to sleep.

I slowly opened my eyes to check if they were there.They were not there,I again see around the room and someone was sitting beside me.First i think it was Drystan, but he didn't seem familiar.

"Li-Liam!Wh-what are you doing h-here".I exclaimed in fear."Well well,Long time no see,Babyy."He said with a smirk.

"Get out from here whether i will shout and call everyone here and than you will see."I said."Baby boy,I mean Drystan's Baby boy. How is your condition now?"He asked

"Please Leave me alone.You have done too much to me and now it's enough."I said being irritate."I didn't get my revenge yet.I want to feel the same like Leon do."He said.

"Why?Why?Why?Why I am the only one who have to suffer?So you are telling me that he is suffering because of me.Soo listen,  whom should I blame for my condition?Leon,You or god?Do you have any answer. So now you will ask what is the condition. He just suffered from heartbreak and someone didn't do anything with him.Suppose if the thing that was going to happen with me if it had happened with him that day and my brother will be blaming for all this.I have the worst condition than him. Still i didn't show anything to anyone.Whom should I blame for this."I opened everything infront of him.

"Stop with this shit,I am not interested in your so called story."He said rolling his eyes. "If you are thinking that I am telling you my sad life story so that you can have mercy on me so Leo or Lia whatever your name is you are wrong.I am telling you so that you can have mercy on your brother that these things hasn't happen with him.Now he is dieing and crying inside and if it would be done with him he must have been dead by now.Right?"I said with a big smile on my face.

"For your kind information,My name is Liam  Williams and I think you have forget what I have done with you.I can do it again."He said.

*Clap* *Clap* *Clap*

"Woww,What a great to do.Can I do it too?"I asked innocently."Shut your mouth."He shouted.But I still didn't react much.

"Do it already.I am not afraid of your threating.I am so done with this bullshit."I said with a smirk.
