Wukong quietly crept around the palace like building. He was searching for an exit. His curiosity was peaked when he found out about this realm having mysterious problems every century. It was peaked even more when the lotus prince mentioned it being a big secret.

Could you blame him though? Back at Flower Fruit Mountain, he knew every nook and crany. Nothing really changed. Plus, he is a monkey. A creature who is naturally curious. And with MK as his successor, he didn't need to deal with the fights much.

In short, he was searching because he was curious and bored. Though, perhaps he should focus on his mission and not get distracted by curiosity. But... The small fact that this is happening while he's here, gives him reason enough to get answers about this too.

Some mumbling caught the monkeys attention, and he swiftly changed into a Ladybug/Ladybird. While disguised as the bug, he flew towards the mumbling to better hear the conversation.

"You really think they might need to do that?"

"I don't know, but it makes sense."

"What about that one mortal?"

"You mean the one the third lotus prince took charge over?"

"Yeah. What do you think they'll do about her?"

"Probably the same thing."

"But, what if the lotus prince somehow proves that she is whom he thinks she is?"

"I don't know. Maybe train her? Make her an immortal? I don't really know."

"Do you think she is who he thinks she is?"

"Maybe a reincarnate, but definitely not her."

"What do you think happened to her? She was an immortal, after all."

"I don't know, and I don't want to find out. Not yet, at least." The second guard spoke to the first.

"What do you think you're doing?" Ne Zha spoke sternly to the soldiers. The guards swiftly stood erect. "Highness. We were talking while guarding these doors." The second one spoke, answering Ne Zhas question. Ne Zha sighed.

"I suggest you stop talking and keep on your toes. Sun Wukong has escaped his room, and he won't stop searching until he finds his answer." Ne Zha warned. "If I may ask, why are we guarding this paper instead of searching for that monkey, then?" The first guard asked.

Ne Zha sighed. "Because it's important. That is all you need to know." Ne Zha answered. "Now, stay alert! That 'Great Sage' could show up any moment." Ne Zha commanded. The soldiers straightened themselves and stood taller as the third lotus prince left.

The Monkey King waited until Ne Zha was out of sight and sound, before shape-shifting into a copy of the lotus prince. The change was almost exact! Except for the tail. He'd have to hide that. The monkey wrapped his tail around his waist, then examined himself. It was perfect! An exact look-a-like!

He then strode confidently over to the soldiers. "Highness! You've returned so soon?" The first guard asked. "Upon second thought, I decided to check on the paper and be sure Wukong didn't sneak in some other way." The monkey spoke while mimicking Ne Zhas voice.

"Yes Sir." The two spoke in unison. They stepped aside and opened the door for the monkey. His tail twitched in excitement. He was finally going to get either an answer, or another piece to the puzzle! He smirked as strode in the room.

Once he saw the paper, he grinned as he finally had an answer.
