Toto soared down to the school rooftop with Hikari's bag, the girl grabbed it, happily.
"Toto, thank you so much! Now my Ba won't get mad at me for losing it."
Hikari sighed, giggling placing her hand over her heart," Man! My heart is still pounding!"
Baron and Muta sat on the edge of the roof.
Baron chuckled," That's not surprising."
"But it was fun too!" Hikari beamed.
"Yeah, right," Muta smirked.
"Well," Baron turned to Muta," Hikari has a long day ahead of her. She'd better get some rest."
"That's right," Muta nodded, standing up.
Hikari frowned, sadly," Is this going to be goodbye?"
Toto groaned, flapping his wings," One more load to carry."
The crow swooped over to Muta, grabbing his outstretched arms with his talons, flying around the school; waiting for Baron. Hikari leaned closer to Baron, her eyes shining.
"Baron, I think I have a crush on you!"
Baron chuckled," I like your honesty, Hikari. It's a very good quality to have."
The feline statue, although not smiling, had a gentle quality to him, as he gently pet the girl's head.
"You'll find your way to the Cat Business Office if you ever need us again."
Baron spun with an elegant flourish, holding onto his top hat.
"Until then, goodbye!"
He twirled off, Toto soared in, Baron elegantly landed on his back. Hikari watched sadly as they flew away, getting further and further.
"Goodbye...THANK YOU! BARON! TOTO! YOU TOO, MUTA!"
She watched as they got further and further into the distance.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN 'YOU TOO'!?" Muta screamed back," THANKS A LOT, BRAT!"
Hikari's sad gaze morphed into a contented one, smiling as she made her way to the school door.

Sebastian groaned, waking up on the bed

Sebastian groaned, waking up on the bed. It wasn't like him to sleep in, let alone sleep at all. He rushed downstairs quickly, arranging his hair. Even though it was a weekend, he was prepared to not see Hikari downstairs at all. He gasped in horror, Hikari sat at the table drinking what looked like tea. He didn't remember ever telling her she was allowed to make tea. Hikari glanced up at him, smiling.
"Morning."
Sebastian walked over to her, frowning," Why are you awake so early? It's Saturday."
"I'm going to town with Zero," Hikari hummed.
Sebastian nodded, in awe.
"I'm off!" Hikari giggled, waltzing over to the door.
The girl peered back in," Oh and there's tea in the pot! About the tea... It's my special blend! I can't guarantee the flavour. It's different every time!"
Sebastian watched her walk out, too stunned to speak. When he knew she was gone, the demon carefully picked up the teapot, opening it. He sniffed.
"Oh. It smells nice."

Hikari and Zero walked at the crossroads

Hikari and Zero walked at the crossroads.
"That's a weird dream, Hikari," Zero frowned.
"I'm telling you, it's not a dream!" Hikari wailed.
"Yeah yeah. A cat world hmmm."
Hikari pouted the two walking in silence for a moment.
Zero gasped, smiling, clapping his hands in realisation," I just remembered! I've got good news from a reliable source."
"What's the big deal?" Hikari raised an eyebrow.
"Machida broke up!" Zero exclaimed.
"Oh? Is that so."
Zero frowned, confused," What type of reaction is that?"
"What?"
"Don't you have anything to say?"
Hikari gave a closed eye smile," Nope. It doesn't matter anymore."
Hikari stared out into space, smiling, blushing slightly. Zero stared at her for a moment, trying to process. He blinked a couple times, leaning in to assess her.
"Hikari, did something happen? Do you have a new crush?"
"No."
"Come on!"
"No, honestly!"
Hikari walked off, smirking. They walked past a familiar café, with plastic white chairs.
"How about you, Zero? Tsuge?"
"What?"
"How's it going with Tsuge?"
"Did you honestly think I like him? I was teasing you!"
"Wow, meanie!"
On a chair, a fat, white cat sat up; his ear twitch as he listened to the passing conversation. He let out a large yawn, before slowly getting up. The cat gently plopped down from the chair, walking the opposite direction with a tired stretch.
