[A real flirty wolf.]
[Requested by @excitionzero]
How about this instead?
You and I stick together forever...
And that's about it."Man, how many times are you get gonna split up from your squad?"
Red Hood looks back over her shoulder toward you. She's got this knowing grin on her face, though it's laced with a tinge of sarcasm so you know she's only playing around with you.
"Hoping this is the last time."
You walk along the rooftop, careful not to step on any stray cracks dotting the floor. The place is long gone, dilapidated, and you're not entirely sure why Red Hood would take you all the way up here. She seems pleased though. As she sits idly by at the edge of the roof, lounging there by what could be a 50-story drop, Red Hood looks like she's in a whole other world.
The breeze up here moves in warm, swift waves like ocean tides, blowing her lush red hair to and fro. She becomes somewhat of a spectacle, however ironic, considering she's this lone wolf by heart. Although at this moment, she is almost as majestic and wistful as Dorothy when she stands in Eden, basking in the sun and breeze, her oddly soulless eyes sparkling with an emotion unbeknownst to you or anyone else.
"C'mere, hotshot," Red Hood says and waves you over. You follow along and take a seat near the edge of the building beside her, although not exactly at the edge. You sit a foot or two away from it with your legs crossed. Red Hood notices, throwing you a mocking glance.
"Scared of heights?"
"No, just..."
"Scared of heights. Got it."
Red Hood chuckles. You try not to pay too much attention to her mockery, too deflated to admit it's kind of amusing.
Her laughs soon cease, her eyes turning to the ground far below the building. "Anyway, like I said earlier, we'll just wait out the horde and I'll get you back to your buddies. You'll be a-okay, hotshot."
"Why do you keep calling me hotshot?" you ask. Surely it's just another sarcastic nickname brought on by your status — the Commander, the light of hope. Maybe she doesn't like you after all.
You're further convinced she doesn't like you all that much when she takes a few moments to think, silence only filling the time between her words. Her eyes linger on the massive marching horde of Raptures below, lost in thought.
She turns to you a moment later and, much to your surprise, is flashing a cheeky grin. "Because you're pretty hot. Ain't that obvious?"
You've been called hot before — among other things — by other people, but for some reason hearing it from someone like her gets your face flushing. "Thanks?"
"Nah, I'm the one who should be thanking you — letting me be all close to you and your pretty face. I could eat you right up."
The more she says, the more you're convinced she's been holding this all in ever since she found you stranded without your squad around.
"Way to be direct," you say in an attempt to quell her persistent flirts.
"Sorry, not sorry. You, my friend, are a snack. It's a shame you've got this whole silly harem thing going on. Why not choose a girl and roll with only her?"
"Because there are, uh... too many at this point. It's better to just please everyone equally."
Red Hood rolls her eyes, huffing. "Please. Do me a favor sometime and reconsider. Because let me tell you, I can be a hot pick for a hottie like you."
She moves in. You lean back slightly, your personal space exposed and infiltrated with no hesitation; Red Hood has brought her hand to the edge of your chin, beckoning you closer.
"If you'd like that, I mean," she adds in a sultry tone that sends a warm tingle spiraling through your flesh.
It's quite clear to you now. This woman, the cunning red wolf with a flirty glimmer in her eye, is prepared to hog all your attention for herself.
"A lil bit of corruption never stopped anyone from feeling for someone else, after all..."
