Luffy POV
As soon as the train was close, the Straw Hats didn't waste any time. Luffy and Zoro cut the metal bars into pieces
"No mercy for any marine who doesn't surrender" said Luffy "let's show them the wrath of an emperor crew". Luffy unleashed a powerful conqueror's Haki blast that make all the marines close to the front door passed out instantly. Luffy punched the door, sending it flying, and landed on some marine, they were crushed and kill instantly
"Holy shit!" Said one "that's Straw Hat Luffy!. The fifth emperor of the sea!"
"What?" Said another "why is he here?"
"Wait, didn't CP9 brought Nico Robin here?" Asked another one gulping
"Ohh shit!" Said the first "we just unleashed the Wrath of an emperor crew!"
Meanwhile in Marinford...
Garp POV
He went as fast as he could towards Sengoku's office. He had to pray what he heard was wrong and his old friend wasn't this stupid. He couldn't be that stupid!. He enter without knocking, surprising him
"Garp, what is the meaning of this?" Sengoku asked annoyed
"Please tell me you didn't approve the kidnapping of Nico Robin!" He said
"It came from the Elders, you know we have to..." Sengoku but it wasn't Garp that didn't let him finished
"Are you out of your fucking mind!!!!" Screamed Kuzan "Straw Hat Luffy almost killed me with one punch and one kick when I try to attack that girl!!!. He gain the title of emperor for a reason!!!!"
"It doesn't matter" said Sengoku shaking his head stubbornly
"It will matter when we have to get all the death bodies of Enys Lobby you old fool!!!!" Screamed Garp "my grandson has killed only one pirate, Crocodile but no marines but now, you gave him a reason to do it and you just sentence a lot of those marines to death"
"They are barely eleven of them" said Sengoku annoyed "one is even a little girl"
"Are you really that stupid?" Garp screamed very angry "my grandson fought Big Mom one on one and survive!!!. His crew fought at least four of her children as a team and two of those teams, defeated their targets!!!!!"
"Even if he is that brave, he won't make it" said Sengoku. Garp gave up and didn't respond anymore to his friend's idiocy. He just got out and close the door in anger, breaking it. Garp just prays that Luffy has some mercy for the marines stationed there

Luffy POV
After Usopp talk to the two giants and told them that their Captain's were now part of Luffy's fleet, they decided they also wanted to join and so they started to destroy everything. Luffy was watching his crew as they crippled any marines on their path. Coby was injuring any marine on with his claws, Zoro was cutting them into pieces with his swords, Nami was either using her clima tact to send storms at the marines or turning them into salami, Kaya and Vivi were just using them as scratch toys. Usopp was using his devil fruit powers to shoot all the marines he could by opening multiple portals. Sanji was kicking and sending marines and cp agents flying away and Pudding was using her daggers to cut them down and removing his precious memories
"Wait, please!" Said marine as he was running away as Luffy decided to use his sword and show them the Wrath of an emperor
"You should have think twice before kidnapping my Vice-captain!!!" Screamed Luffy unleashing his conqueror's Haki and knocking any unfortunate soul on close range "all this deaths goes to the imbecile who choose to do this, just remember that"
