Luffy was looking at Sakasuki Akainu, the one that order his men to kill Makino, Dandan, mayor Wood Slap and every resident in Dawn island except for GOA kingdom. Those pesky nobles watch with happiness as the marines murdered innocent people.
"Damn you son of Dragonite!!!" Screech Akainu "you and Roger's son will die"
"Just try it, mutt" said Ace "you will pay for what you did"
"Is time for justice to come for you" Sabo said
"Die!!!" Said Sakasuki Akainu as he turned into magma and went to Luffy and his brothers. Luffy smiled as he took out his sword, Nidai Kitetsu. Luffy put armament Haki and in a single movement, cut off the entire arm of the crazy admiral. A fountain of blood come out to the wound as Akainu screamed
"What's wrong, mutt?" Said Luffy "is that the best you have?". Before the admiral could respond, Sabo hit him in the face with his iron pipe, which was covered in armament haki, taking out half of his teeth and breaking his jaw
"What are you doing!" Screamed Sengoku "stop those pirates!!!". Luffy saw as the marines went as to try and stopped them until his crew jumped in front of them
"I am sorry but we can't let you interrupted the execution of Sakasuki Akainu" said Zoro
"You see, my dear Captain has to make him pay for his crimes" said Robin as she broke use her devil fruit powers to break them
"Gurararara!" Laugh Whitebeard as he hit the air, that caused an earthquake that split the floor open, making many marines fall to their deaths. Luffy smiled as he saw Usopp shooting down marines alongside his father. Kaya, Nami and Vivi were hunting down marines together , while Coby was fighting the giant marines. Sanji and Pudding were working together to bring down the marines while Zoro was cutting them down. His fleet commanders were also fighting and destroying the marines. Luffy remembers what he ask his crew needed to do before reuniting

"Guys, I have one important mission you need to do" Luffy said
"What is it?" Zoro ask "who do we kill?"
"Not kill" said Luffy "I need you to capture a Celestian Dragon..."

After Straw Hats appeared
Luffy used his conqueror's Haki to knock out all the remaining marines after jumping to the Sunny
"Do you have him?" Luffy just ask
"Wasn't easy but one fresh caught Celestian pig ready" said Nami as he look at the beaten and tied up World Noble. He had a dirty sock on his mouth, so he wouldn't talk. Luffy remove the sock
"You will pay for this!!!" Said the World Noble "you hear me!. The marines will kill you!!!"
"As of right now, they are busy with another thing" said Luffy "but don't worry, we are going to Marinford and if you are lucky, you will live another day, if Sengoku is smart enough, of course"

End of flashback
Luffy saw the beheaded body of the World Noble as Akainu stood up and spit out blood and teeth. He was trying to stop the blood from his missing arm
