Jessica scooped Skyler up and ran. She left everyone else to fend for themselves.

Jessica reached what she hardly remembered as Oliver's house. She knocked on the door.

Almost a minute passed without an answer. "What happened...?" He said slowly.

"Got shot." "By who- By what? How long ago? Where were you? How did she get shot? Was it Marcus?" He sputtered out questions.

"Lilith, at the party, that you didn't come to." He let them inside."What?"

Marcus winced in pain. "Lilith freaked out at party." Marcus listened to Naomi. "She shot... Skyler?" Marcus sat up. "Down."

Marcus laid back down. "So stupid!" "You were almost murdered by Ines, you need to stay away from her." "I still have to hide from my sister..." "Sister?" Marcus nodded.

"She's 24, a smoker and abusive on her 'bad days'."

Naomi nodded. She dipped the cotton ball into the alcohol. She patted it on his wound. Marcus winced again.

"Sorry!"

She continued fixing and stitching up Marcus.

Ines twirled the knife in her hand. "Why would I do that?"

She looked up. "It's Lilith I should be mad at not Marcus..."

She shifted her weight. The second she did so a light bulb went off in her head. She stood up.

"Lilith is dead..." She muttered.

"Why would you do that?"

Naomi went on and on.

"You could've died! What if you didn't land in the garbage? Oh..." She put her hand on her cheek and continued overthinking.

"What if she shot your-" Marcus sat up and kissed her. Her rambling immediately came to a stop.

He held her face. She slowly closed her eyes. She held him tightly. He released as something flooded his mind.

"Mylo!" Naomi opened her eyes.

"I almost kill Mylo- I think." He started sputtering out words.

Naomi backed off a little, Questioning Marcus. She raised and eyebrow slowly.

"I-I think I'm responsible for my parents death..."

He paused.

"Yet, when my mom reached for Jessie I got so mad I blacked out... Then I found myself at the school. Earlier than normal."

Naomi listened slightly. She reached around in her drawers. She tried to be quiet. "When I was in the dumpster, I only had a slight memory of jumping of the building- looking at Ines with a gun."

Naomi touched what she was looking for. She pulled it out. "Stay back!" She screamed as she pointed the gun at him.

He shot his head up. "Huh..."
He stood up. He stalked over to her slowly. Suddenly he stopped. He held his head. "Shit!" A migraine came to him. He shook his head.

He seemed like he was on verge of passing out. "I don't... Want to hurt..." He panted. "...you."

Naomi widened her eyes slightly. "She had knife..." Marcus perked his head up.

"Huh?"

Skyler pressed her bandage. "It's still numb." Jessica tilted her head. "I need to feel something."

Jessica scooted closer to her. “Feel with your heart.” Skyler looked at her. Jessica leaned in
and hugged Skyler. “Sorry I didn't grab you fast enough.”

“I didn't move fast enough...”

WOW!!!! First kiss scene!? I litterally told you not ship anyone yet. This is the first chapter she was in and she's Marcus's love interest. THIS IS THE ONLY CONFIRMED SHIP AS OF NOW!!!
