♪Mushrooms growing on my head, still remember even then. Where you are when I’m dead.♪

Ines smiled. "Oh, yeah I would love to sit by you at lunch, but I have to get to first hour!"

"Oh, well my first hour is art!" "Mine too!" "Wait maybe you could sit next to me." Ines chuckled. Skyler noticed this and tilted her head.

They walked to class together. Skyler laughed at something Ines said. Ines went to sit next to her but hand stopped her. "That's my seat." "I don't see your name on it." "Y'know what I don't see? Your sex buddy." "Oh Jessica," She laughed. "you haven't changed."

Skyler looked back and forth. Jessica nearly swung at Ines. "Sorry, I'll move..." She nodded.

Ines sat somewhere else. Skyler felt a pang of pity. "They let you out?" "Don't tell me that you actually thought I'd kill someone." "Well, no I didn't th-" "It's fine just don't mention it again." Skyler nodded.

They went on to send notes to eachother again. 'Avoid Ines' 'Why?' 'I know that snake and she's not good' 'You can't control who I hang out with' 'I understand but you haven't met her' 'Dude, I met her yesterday' Jessica scribbled the note out and threw it away.

Skyler watched her do so. Jessica started to ignore her for that class.

At Lunch*

"Another new person?" "Maybe it's time for change!" Oliver glared at Ines. He had to admit, Jessica was right. "She is a whore..." She trailed off. "able person!" Quick fix, ‘Horrible person, whore able’

Skyler held Ines in closer. "She's actually pretty nice." Ines flashed a smile. Marcus suppressed laughter. "Give her a chance." He said. "No!" Jessica and Oliver yelled in sync.

"You brought Rowan!" "You hated me!" Rowan interrupted him. Skyler buried her face in her hands. "I hate this friend group." "Ines in nicer than Rowan if I'm honest." Skyler said. "No she is not!" Oliver and Jessica said in sync.

Rowan rolled her eyes. “Hey Liam!” She said as she waved him over. He came and sat with the group. “Hey, Liam why don't you bring Ginny and Ben over!” “Oliver, no!” Skyler pleaded. “Yeah, sure I'll text them.”

Jessica noticed Ines and Marcus whispering to eachother. Marcus seemed to say something that upset her. She ran to the bathroom, Jessica following. Ines locked herself into a stall and started tearing up.

Jessica listened to the choked up breathing. “Ines, what the heck?” “Go away!” “Not until you tell me why you're crying.”

She opened the stall. “I can't really give you full context but... How do you feel when someone says your not good enough for something... B-but you know you are and they just sleep on your potential.”

“Oh Ines-” She noticed she was vaping. “Really?” “Wanna take a hit?” Jessica rolled her eyes. “No, and I'm leaving now.”

Ines continued to sit on the bathroom floor and cry. Jessica felt a shred of guilt that wanted to pull her back but she ignored it. She walked back to the table.

Skyler seemingly embarrassed by everyone. But that was when Jessica noticed a gun in Marcus's pocket. “Marcus why do have a gun in your pocket?” “What are you talking about?”

He said as he slipped it into Oliver's. Even though he didn't notice the extra weight. Skyler noticed it. “Uh- uhh I gotta go!”

Little did anyone know she was reporting both Oliver and Marcus.

“Mr. Williams!” Oliver snapped back into reality.

“Do you have any proof that gun wasn't yours?” “Hey! My son doesn't even have access to one!” “His friends could-” “Yeah, his friends! I didn't give it to him we don't own one!”
Oliver's mother cried.

Marcus looked around.

“I do have the right to believe who I want.” Oliver's mother took a breath. His dad was glaring at Marcus. “Marcus owns the gun, week suspension.”

“But-” He began to say. “Mr. Williams is a great student who doesn't cause mischief like you.” He pointed out. Marcus stood up. “Finish the day, I don't want to see your face for a week afterwards.”

“Y-yes sir...” He droopily walked out.

Oliver went back to his group of friends. Skyler seemed a bit off though. She looked away. “Do you guys know why Marcus was acting like... different everyday?” “More like every hour.” Ines butted in. “Why are you still here?” Jessica asked. Ines answered with a shrug.

“Imagine he has a personality disorder!” Jessica said confused yet jokingly. “I wouldn't think that deep.” “I could go deep by saying he is trying to manipulate everyone and planned this murder for years.”

“I though we...” Oliver trailed off. “What?” “You guys think Marcus is a murderer?” Ines asked. “No, somebody killed Ashton this morning at the same time I talked to him, he can't shoot someone at the same time.”

Jessica blinked. “I was there.” “When Ashton was killed? No way!” “When Marcus murdered-” Jessica cut herself off with a fit of coughs.

“You w-were?” Skyler stuttered.
Ines looked around. “Are you sure it's not just your imagination? I mean Mylo and Marcus look very familiar.” Ines countered.

“Yes I am!” “But guys-” “I mean Mylo hasn't shown up to school...” “Where did over go?”
“Huh?” He had seemingly disappeared. Did he slip away to do something horrible?

I know this chapter is weird and confusing but it was needed. What is Oliver doing?

If Mylo was not at school, but the reason wasn't because of his parents death then what was it????

This chapter is probably very boring but hey, it was boring to even write.
