Valarie - Chapter 7

I put him in his place. I put him in his place.

He deserves it. He deserves it.

I was took a deep breath and let it all out.

I stood up for myself. I stood up for myself..

I was on my way home. My whole body was shaking and feeling numb at the same time.

Every step that I took every breath that I took. Why those this feel such a relief?

I don't feel well but I don't feel good I just felt relief by that.

While I was on my way home I started to get a phone call. I started to reach to my phone out of my pocket and saw that it was Luna who called me.

I picked up and I started to act cool.

"Hey Luna. How is everything?" I asked. I tried to act cool as possible because  I didin't want her to think I was overthinking with anything.

"Omg I'm good babe ty. Well today I was gonna go on a date with this guy but he stood me up. So what's up with you why do look like you've done something that you regret?" Luna questioned.

What the hell I didn't even say anything how did she know?

"Uh how did you know-"

I tried to ask, but then she interrupted me.

"Omg wait let me guess you went to Nathen's place and said your word?" Luna guessed.

Double fuck how does this woman know of what I did?

"How did you know? I didn't even get to-"

She interrupted me again.

"Oh yeah well I kind of stalked you on Snapchat and saw your location so I guessed And you told me they live in Solna basically close to you so that's how I knew. And that you said your word well that was a guess. WAIT YOU DID SAY YOUR WORD?" Luna then got up and started to ask more and more questions.

So I started answering all of them, and while I was answering all of them, I got home and changed and had dinner while telling her these stuff.

"Wow Valarie. I'm so proud of you. Girl you stood up your ground. You should be really proud of yourself for that. There are many girls out there who aren't brave like you. So this is a big step." Luna the giggled and cheered for me while I sat on my bed stupidly smiled.

But then I kind of regretted what I said..

What if there was a reason?

"Well at the same time I kind I don't know if he deserved it?" I said without no regret.

Luna looked at me shock.

"Valarie you can't be serious? That guy goes around fucks girl to another girl and his fucking problematic as hell. Why are you saying he didn't deserve it?" Luna said while she sat down on her chair while on face time.

"I don't know Luna.. what if he had something in his past? What if he that thing he had he lost it all?" Valarie said while she tried to have some sense.

Luna was all confused about everything that I was saying.

"Did you have something in your past that infected you?" Luna then started to ask me that question.

And that I did.

But it didn't make me a cruel person it just made me silent.

I stayed silent.
