November 25, 1101

Rhodes Island Pharmaceutical has seen dramatic changes in the recent years.

Amiya noted this when she was on her way to her office that morning.

From 1097 to 1102 now, the Doctor has made some improvements, upgrades, and overall betterment of the deployment of operators.

The Doctor? Well.. he was tired, she can say the least. Fighting against Kazdel and helping lead some forces around all of Terra is no easy feat.

However, one of the many things they could claim pride in is in the fact that, after a couple of years since he has returned, they were able to develop a successful, functioning cure for Oripathy.

Which also maintains the "benefits" that the disease had.

All the benefit, zero of the cons.

Took a while, but it is still expensive, which is why critical patients get it first, while others are simply given treatment until they can get the proper cure.

The Cautus hummed happily as she walked by Rosmontis and Blaze, who were talking with Scout and Ace. "Bunny!" Blaze suddenly came over, sweeping Amiya - "Kyah-!" - and nuzzling the bunny.

"Blaze! Put me down!" Ace chuckled somewhere near the Cautus girl and goes over.

"That's enough kid," he said, Blaze turning to him for a moment.

"Just a little bit-?" she began, but he shook his head. She gave a sigh, not before pinching Amiya's cheeks, eliciting another complaint from the girl. The 4 Elite Operators were on their way, and she chuckled before going down to the medical bay.

She passed by many happy operators, some medics, some assaults, some who have been on the front.

She also went by a bulletin board, showing various newspapers and some posters that were gathered from every time Rhodes Island cooperated with Columbia, Lungmen, or any other major body.

DDD, Raythean technologies, Blacksteel, Lee's Detective agency; all were on the board.

Amiya hummed as she considered contacting Penguin Logistics, the Doctor was trying to get some things from Sargon and the surrounding countries, but that was somewhat difficult and a long ways away.

That was fine.

"Mhmmm... mmm hmm~" Amiya began to hum a silent, peaceful tune as she started to see the doors and the familiar signs of the Medbay. She smiles as she starts passing by the doors.

She peaked in through the window and saw Ifrit getting her post-oripathy treatment.

In another room, she saw Eyjafalla getting an eye exam, as well as a hearing exam.

The smile on her face when she saw that the young one was starting to pass them with progressively higher grades.

And the happiness when she realized that she actually has a good future ahead of her.

Amiya allowed herself a giggle, before she moves away from the Medbay, after saying a hello to Saria and Ifrit who were coming her way.

Moving away, she started to pass by the dorms, loud and rowdy as usual.

The 3rd, 4th, and 1nd floors of Dorms, she can assume, were having their normal recovery parties and their loud music. She can feel the floor of the old girl start shaking from the sheer amount of noise.

And though Kal'tsit may not approve of it, at least the morale of everybody was kept up.

Amiya continued along. She smiled as she was able to tune in to the local news as she passed the cafeteria. She only heard news of what was going on the front.

The Victorian and Columbian Armies fighting against Kazdellian monsters.

Ursus and Kazimierz trying to organize against some threats unseen.

Laterano was getting increasingly nervous at the weapons Rhodes Island was capable of producing and designing.

The norm for Terra at this point.

Apparently there was supposed to be some religious restructuring down in Iberia, but due to the persistent problem down there, it was assumed that it wasn't stable enough and that more time was needed.

Amiya hummed, approaching the newly established Large Scale training facility. Looking inside, she saw Operators, fresh ones, start training on the 3 vehicles that the Doctor so fervently worked on designing.

One of which was like a container, 6 wheeled, can carry a lot of operators, and it was armed with a gun of some kind. The Doctor was keen on developing something that allowed it to be either arts or something called "Gunpowder."

Ceylon always wondered why the Doctor keeps sending teams to extract that yellow stuff...

2nd Vehicle was on tracks, like what it is used in Nomadic Cities. It was like. The previous, though it carried less people. However, it makes up for it with something like a cannon up top. Columbia was keep on helping produce these.

And finally, the 3rd and final vehicle. It was on 2 sets of tracks, and it had a turret. But what differentiates it from the previous other than the 2 sets of tracks is the fact that it had 2 sets of guns and it was pretty armored with D32 Steel.

The combat side of her mind was happy that these machines were developed, although she was still ever so wondering where the idea of such armored weapons came from. She digresses.

Amiya looked inside and saw some operators practicing their arts, some operators using new and improved crossbows, and some operators that were practicing their various weapons that they have trained so fervently on.

Amiya's little crown appeared as she saw some Sarkaz operators about to get into a fight. She sighed and was ready to intervene.

But she stopped when she saw Shamare and Suzuran go in and tell them to stop. The latter's glow inspiring them as well.

Before Amiya could enter and say hi to them all, she saw that her tablet had begun to beep. Checking the notification, she saw that the Doctor was now awake, causing her to smile. "Hehe..." she turns around, starting to head on her way, happily wondering what her favorite person was up to.

The crown on her head bobbed and so did her ears. Her mouth lifted in a smile as e passed by Kal'tsit, "Good morning, Amiya," the old Lynx said, while sipping her coffee and checking a tablet.

"Good morning Doctor Kal'tsit," she responded, continuing on her way back to the Doctor's room.

She said her greetings to a few more operators before finally stopping behind the big doors. She took a breath as she goes and grabs her identification card and inserting it into the slot reader.

She knocked politely first, and remained, as there was some shuffling on the other side.

After a while, the door buzzed, and it began to slowly come open. With a smile, Amiya beamed up at the person she was so close to, and she opened her mouth to let loose her favorite thing to say every morning when she sees him.

"Okaeri, dokutah!"
